Purchased a Honda lawnmower here. It was late in the day and they did not have any units assembled. The gentleman I spoke with told me he would put one together if I wanted to come back in 1/2 hour. I really appreciated them doing this, knowing they were about to close up for the day. Thank you for a great experience and the lawnmower is awesome!

I took my bike in for a rear tire, they had it in stock, settled on a price we both liked, they found I needed wheel bearings(my bike is 35 years old), and they went above and beyond to track me one down and get me back on the road in in no time at all. Jimmy is awesome. They are amazing, prices are great, I will be back and recommend you check them out too.

Very disappointed. Ordered helmet in on a Friday and was told it would be here Monday-Tuesday, called Tuesday and they said it would be in Wednesday-Thursday, called Thursday and they told me they don’t have the helmet in stock anymore and I would have to look elsewhere. Come to realize that the helmet is now discontinued and what makes me upset is that I could have ordered it from a different company if they told me sooner. The guy I talked to on the phone didn’t seem to care about the situation.Giving a 2 star because the girl that works there is very nice and helpful.

No frills atmosphere to the point of being pretty run down...but the product is new and the expertise is absolutely top notch. Of note, the owner of this dealer also has major auto dealerships in the area, so despite appearances, they're very stable. Once again, can't say enough about the expertise and top level service that you receive here. You'll never hear the typical dealership I don't know" from these guys...they do know!"

Amazing customer service, was in need of a visor for my snowmobile helmet for my trip this weekend and couldnt find one anywhere. One call and they were more than happy to help me out by taking it off another helmet, and then go the step further by installing it for me right at closing time. I appreciate it a lot and you can really feel the presence of good people in the shop. Extra shout out to the boys in the back for figuring out how the visor is installed (shawn and I think Joey but not sure on the names!) Anyways truly genuine people I will be back for sure!

So long story short these guys are crooks. They never use to be never had an issue when wade owned the place. Last year I took my 6cylinder Honda Valkyrie in that I just bought. It was not running correctly so I figured it’s a Honda I’ll bring it to Honda. I dropped it off they had it for three weeks they said they pulled the carbs cleaned them out they said it’s running great now anyways I got it back it was not running great I called they kept telling me that’s how it’s suppose to run. I stopped riding it as I didn’t trust taking it anywhere. I let it sit all winter in my garage then decided to get someone to look at it again anyways they took it apart carbs haven’t been off in years the gaskets are all dry rotted on the bowls of the carbs the carbs are filled with years of crud it looks like. No bolt was touched anywhere near the carburetor!! we could tell as they were all seized. Anyways I’d be aware of taking anything to this place as they took over $1000 dollars from me and did not perform any work on it.

I purchased a 23 Honda Goldwing and she backed by the staff, made my purchase so personal. I keep referring Alanna to everyone I know, because of you are reading this - I encourage you to test the waters and ask yourself, what Powersports dealership can really top this buying experience! Nothing but good things to say about this location. The staff here know their stuff, get the job done and will treat you right. Their prices are also fair. Because of this and due to their popularity they often have a lot of service orders so be prepared to be patient and wait your turn. The Honda dealership in Barrie quoted me a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks and I was able to get my bike serviced here and back home in eight days. I was impressed. I won't be taking my bike anywhere else.
