Dr.Jey has been our family doctor for more than 4 years. We are extremely pleased with his excellent services. We highly recommend him to everyone who is looking for a genuine and friendly family doctor. He treats his patients very well. He knows exactly what you need and has thorough knowledge of everything. He patiently answers all your queries and never in rush. Thanks Dr.Jey and Jaya!!

The doctor is ok but dealing with the office staff is NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!!! I called 10 times in a row to get someone on the phone and they were so rude and ended up hanging up on me. They never call back no matter how many messages you leave. If I didn't need a doctor as bad as I do I would NEVER go back. Save your time and energy and just go somewhere else!!! I already have a hard time with going to see a doctor and this makes me give up all hope.Thank you for adding to my physical and mental health issues by prolonging my road to recovery.

I am a patient of Dr. Kumarasamy. I called many times leaving a call back number and name as instructed on their voicemail for a phone appointment and no one returns my calls. Not only did I called a couple times leaving messages, I also called on different months because I needed refills on medication. It is so frustrating when you want to see a doctor for health issues or meds that I ran out of that I take normally. This is so unprofessional. Long story short, found myself a more reliable doctor that actually return calls and have a friendly receptionist answering calls. I do not recommend this medical center to anyone!

I’ve had a great experience with Dr Jey however his front end staff are rude and made me feel like i was bothering them by trying to book an appointment. They told me Dr Jey wasn’t available for phone consults anymore and kept trying to get me off the phone even when I tried to ask them if I can come in person. They also avoided my calls back in June 2022. Why do I even come here?

Turned away because I have an out of province health card. That could be illegal not sure. Very disappointing overall as I’ve been living in Canada and paying taxes my entire life.

They messed up sending my prescription somewhere else leaving me in pain all night. The receptionist was totally unprofessional, unapologetic and disrespectful. She hung up on me after returning my call late afternoon. Not pleased. This is the second time that I have not received my prescription from this place. Totally unacceptable.

Ever since covid the quality of service provided has completely gone down the drain.They no longer see people now unless you do a telephone session first with the doctor and they determine that you need to come in. Thats only half of your problem. The receptionist they have is absolutely terrible at her job and theres a very good chance she will not pick up. You will have to call multiple times because leaving a message won't do you any good. Receptionist does not return calls and simply just deletes all the messages. Even when you do get her on the phone I'm not convinced shes actually booking you an appointment. She supposedly booked an appointment for a phone consultation and the appointment has come and gone and nobody from the office even bothered to call.I don't recommend wasting your time with this clinic and suggest finding another one to go to.

Am happy of Dr Jey (my family doctor) . He treats me very well. I received a cortisone injection from him, I could not believe his hands are light ( did not feel the pain at all). Dr Jey is very approachable and well mannered. He is very thorough with his assessments and recommend what is best for me.The receptionist is soft spoken and approachable too.

Worst medical centre ever. Because of COVID they only accept phone consultation with the doctor, which I don’t mind at all. I wanted to get a doctors sick note, which the receptionist told me that they will email it to me. I then called back again to inform her that I have sent them a form regarding my sickness to fill out. She then said she will let the doctor fill it out and will email it to me.*I asked her if I will need to come in to pick it up and she said no*Then a day after she called me and said I’ll have to come in to sign the form before they can give it to me. I told her that was not what she said the day before and she proceeded to argue with me about it and hung up the phone while I was still talking. I do not appreciate her attitude and the fact that she hung up on me mid conversation was extremely rude. On top of that she could not even communicate properly with the patient so I wonder why she could even be in this position. If she let me know that I’ll have to come in to pick it up the day before when I called, I wouldn’t have even been mad. Everyone has their own schedule. I have made plans for the day and I need the sick note for school. But now I need to change my work schedule to go all the way to Markham from downtown just to pick up the sick note and pay and then back to downtown on a Wednesday. Definitely will change my family doctor to another place.
