the examiner i had wasnt very pleasant, she was quite rude actually! Acted like she hated her job, reciting everything like a script, acting like a robot and snapped on me because I didn't feel safe making a turn because i couldn't see past a car and becuse i hovered between 2 under and right on the speed limit? Plus she snapped saying I drive too slow but I was literally keeping an eye on it when safe to do so and knew i wasnt driving too slow or too fast? She stressed me out and was so snarly!!! At least I passed. Can't believe you allow your examiners to yell at us for not feeling that it was safe to go ahead. I guess she'd rather i go into on coming traffic blindly? So as the rules state ONLY GO WHEN ITS SAFE". I couldn't see past so I felt it was unsafe! Yelled at me for ensuring our saftey?! And yes I did move to try to see around and I couldn't see. Not my fault and I shouldn't have gotten yelled at.The people inside were very lovely and helpful though!!"

The reason for my one star is, the lady/people here are very rude. Dealing with people all day must be difficult to be pleasant I guess. I understand that. However, I had a staff member go through for a Air brake training course. Upon going in to get the Z endorsement on the license the ignorant woman behind the counter said the Ontario truck training course isnt a recognized course and that we would have to schedule a in cab test. Which is ridiculous. The people dont know what they are talking about. Avoid this place.

Went here for my M. This location is very small and a little chaotic, but the employees are very nice and understanding. Some of the signage is outdated and confusing for checking in to a road test. Examiner was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Had no issues.

God bless and guide Chris. He helped me pass my G2 even though I panicked and almost cried when I messed up parallel parking. He helped me calm down. I know he seems a bit strict, but he's a really nice guy if you give him a chance. Passed my G2 because despite my mistakes, he said I had good observations. Now I can use my G2 to help my family and anyone in need of a ride InshaAllah.

A Big big shout to Zara my G2 examiner 23 May 2023, indeed she was very nice and supportive. I don’t know but yes I was bit nervous even though I drive in different part of the world and hold more than ten years driving experience. She said just take a deep breath relax and treat me like GPS listen my voice command and focus on drive and that works. She is best 10 out of 10.

Horrible horrible experience!! They were very rude!! If it were possible I'd give a 0 star rating. The examiner(she) spoke so rude and aloud. I would never go to this test Center again. I don’t know her name, but she is a supervisor who wear a glasses, she may be part-time from another drive test centre, she came with a rude attitude and started reading the script from book without greeting or saying hello. She behaved like a robot the whole time.We all invest lot of efforts and time to practice for the test. Everyone tries to do their best, Examiner’s salary comes from taxes people pay. So we needs respect!!!

Best Drive test Center I know so far. Staff in the office are all nice and friendly with beautiful smile. The examiner I met was super nice. My husband's one also nice. Thank you.

I had the opportunity to take my test at this center and passed like a breeze! And, based on my experience, it is important to refute some of the negative reviews here against one of the examiners, Craig. As long as you are a good driver who did the homework, you shouldn't have a problem. Please refrain from blaming your failure on the examiner (the easy thing?) and focus on realizing and addressing the mistakes (difficult?)

Worst place extremely rude staff. I had fat white short lady as my g test examiner who was extremely rude, loud and impatient. Right from the start her mind was already set to fail. I have had US licence in the past and she just treats you like you're novice. Please avoid this test centre
