John went above and beyond in helping inspect our first home. As an expert, he left no stone unturned. We were able to negotiate a lower buying price, and then we received a whole checklist of everything that we needed to upgrade over time, with priority levels.

On time, courteous, very meticulous in the inspection. Looked at everything from light bulbs to water stains and what caused them. Plumbing, electrical and everything in between. Excellent would highly recommend.

John did my home inspection for a house that I am in the process of purchasing. He did a phenomenal job! Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy! We spent 3 hours at the property and he went over everything with me! The next morning, I received a 54 page color coded report of the inspection! I was thoroughly impressed with how easy it was to read! John was instrumental in helping me negotiate having repairs made by the sellers before closing. He researched and sent me appropriate codes that I could use to plead my case for the repairs! In the end, everything I asked for to be fixed was fixed and it was all thanks to John! John worked with me to inspect a home that we are purchasing in the Finger Lakes. We are currently living in Pennsylvania and were unable to be present for the inspection. John was very helpful over the phone. His rates are very reasonable. He performed a radon test and home inspection. The results were very thorough. The sellers were present during the test and John was able to work around that. I would absolutely recommend his services.
