The prettiest pho restaurant I've ever been to. Design and atmosphere is such a vibe. Service is EXCELLENT and the food even better. Oh my word, where do I even begin. The Waterfall chicken and fried rice: impeccable. The chicken pho: absolutely incredible. Spring rolls: best in the whole wide world. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Kingston area and any students looking for an affordable meal.

This is truly the best pho I have ever had in my entire life. Out of all the Vietnamese restaurants that I have been to, Pho Chopstix is hands down the best for the most authentic and most delicious pho! It is so addictive and in a good way! I go almost 4-5 times a week and I have been getting the same bowl of pho for about 1.5 to 2 years now. The soup base is phenomenal and truly life changing. Their pho truly brings tears to my eyes. IT’S THAT DELICIOUS. Pho Chopstix is the best part of Kingston. The owners and staff are all so kind and truly care about what they make! They are genuinely the nicest people I have ever met.

I ate here last week and it was incredible. I had the pho with short ribs. The broth was hot and full of flavor. But the real winner was the short ribs. Unbelievable. The quality of the cut combined with a perfect cook combined to make a new favorite of mine.

Lots of high reviews, but my experience was okay. They could have given more basil in my opinion for the pho. They gave the tiniest bit and one small lemon wedge instead of lime.

The server was excellent. Smiled the whole time we were in the restaurant. Others please take heed. How important it is to smile while serving customers. The food was excellent. Clean , healthy and a generous portion. Ty

Not sure about the high rating. At least the pho was sub par based on GTA standard. The broth was loaded with MSG. The sprouts were not fresh.

We had dinner here on the 1st of July, Canada Day, just before the fireworks go off at 10PM. We were looking for something close, decent, and affordable.The server took our orders in as the last orders of the night as it was around 8:30.Price was very reasonable. My group ordered a lot of the different Pho dishes and the special pho.The Special Pho Chopstix with Short Rib ($18.95) has a lot of meat in it and is also big enough to share between 2 people. I believe it only comes in the large size.I also wanted to sample how their rice dishes are so I ordered the Spicy Stir Fried Lemongrass Beef ($14.50). It came with some chopped cucumber. The beef lemongrass was alright but nothing extraordinary.Overall, the restaurant is good choice for those looking for a clean Pho place with an affordable menu right at the heart of Kingston.

Very happy with the spicy rare beef pho, spring rolls, and fresh rolls with grilled pork! Spring rolls were nice and crispy on the outside, tender and tasty on the inside. The spicy beef broth was excellent, not so spicy that the beef flavour does not come through. The shaved beef was as tender as you could hope for and almost melts in your mouth!
