A huge fan of the fries. But cannot recommend the ice cream sandwich. It is soft serve between two rock hard cookies. How are you supposed yo eat that? The ice cream squishes out the sides! Even with a soft cookie you don't use soft serve!!!

Easily my fave burger joint in Vic. Everything is fresh, sauces are delicious and I love their variety of fries. Absolutely love the flavour of the burger Pattie’s. I would also like to add that I really appreciate how big wheel uses quality ingredients. I see reviews saying they are overpriced however I will happily pay more money if it means better quality ingredients. Keep up the good work guys!

Loved everything we got it was so good.First time Ive had a burger that was fresh beef and not some frozen garbage.Absolutely delicious and will be coming back.Nanaimo bar shake was so good too.

Had big wheel a few years ago in cook st. It wasn’t anything special. Decided to grab it again today, in Vic West, it was so killer, definitely going back, excellent burger and the fries were really good too. Shouldnt have slept on this location so long.

I’m a fan of this chain, so today I decided to try out a new location. I was so disappointed with the service and the food. The double cheese burger was not bad, but the chicken burger was like leather and I could not chew it. I think they might have over crisped it. I also got two cookies that I will have with my friends later, so fingers crossed. The service was meh… definitely favouritism going on. I tipped 20% and my food was called out. Another lady her food was delivered to her table with a thank you. In any case will not be going back there again… so many other awesome joints in town in spend my hard earned money at.

Decent chicken burger. Although im confused why the Langford crispy chicken burger looks and tastes differently then the Vicwest crispy chicken. Like legit the difference is so big, its like eating a completely different meal.

Hard to think of a better beef burger anywhere and the chips are great as well.Get there just afternoon and sit with the sun shining on your table. Fast service but it take a while to make this quality burger, all great ingredients, if you've never been, you're in for a treat.

The quality of their food matches the quality of the staff; both will make you want to keep coming back. I literally drive 45 minutes each way to get supper here sometimes and make sure to visit each time I come into the city. They have brought me through both pregnancies, feeding me when I couldn't cook anymore. It's also my 6 years old favorite place! Thanks for all the great service and food over the years!!

Tasty burgers, very reminiscent of home made. Fries were ok, a little over dosed with cajun powder for my liking. Good service. Worth going back.
