I like having my cuts at newport, the barbers are cool and there's always great music playing in the background. Also great for kids:)

Veronica, the shop’s skipper, and her team are a great bunch of people. The shop is clean, professional and above all lively. Ash and Veronica are my usual stylists and do amazing work. I’ve been going there for many years and wouldn’t hesitate to use other stylists as Veronica would recommend if she, or Ash are not available. Keep up the great work!!

Greg was Sooooooo awesome. He was so kind and patient. And thank you for taking us in short notice. They Gifted us hair product knowing PP had just had a some surgery. I can’t say enough about how great this place is. Thank you!!!!

I’ve always been happy with the barber shop and have been going there for years. Ash and Greg both do great cuts. I couldn’t get in with my regular barber so I went with their new guy and didn’t end up with the cut I wanted. I was disappointed because I’ve always had great cuts there but the owner was responsive and helped me get a cut with one of my preferred barbers at the shop.

I went in with the best intentions because I live nearby and I would like to have a local barber shop to go to to on a regular basis. Unfortunately the service provided was sub par, to put it nicely. I have straight long hair and I didn't ask for anything difficult, just to take off 3 inches all around. The guy managed to leave one side at least an inch and a half longer than the other. At this point, I think I can do a better job at home in front of the mirror. One thing I just learned reading the other reviews is that the person who cut my hair was not the person I had requested in my online booking (Greg). I'd say don't give people a choice if you are not going to respect their choice anyway. Finally, it seemed a bit pricey for a man's simple cut, with no shampoo or anything (a 15 minutes job tops).

I went into this shop to get a trim and beard shaping, Jeff did an amazing job, I went in not having a cut for about 2.5 years and left extremely happy with the result. 10/10 would recommend this shop and Jeff as a barber.

A really funky, and unique barbershop. I've been 2 times now, and both times I didn't get exactly what I wanted but I looked better than what I wanted if that makes sense. The barbers are more artists here, than anything. I love it personally, but not for everyone.

My family was a regular client in this place until today. I made an appointment in person for my 4- years old son earlier this week, but when I brought my boy in, I was told that our appointment was taken away by other client due to the glitch in the booking system (they could have deleted it) and they have no slots to offer.We have an important appointment on Monday and this ruined all our plans. I was almost in tears with my little boy, who did not really get why we had to leave. We had nothing reasonable offered - we were simply thrown out and asked not to disturb other clients.I was told to go and speak to the owner about bugs in the system, which they are aware of.It was such a humiliating experience to be thrown off with my little boy by three man, who continued their day like business as usual offering zero even though it was their own mistake.Keep away from this place, this is a worst customer experience ever.
