Amazing team of people. I was so desperate with my deflated tire and packed day of work right in the tire change season. No tire or repair shop accepted me since their schedule were booked with tire changes. Integra took me in and within 20min I was back on the road. I could hear them how busy they are and they rejected a few customers due to busy day schedule. Can’t thank them enough. Will 100% recommend them.

Screw in tire plugged in 5 minutes, free estimate for all four replacement. Charge for repair was acceptable, customer service was excellent and contributes to 5 stars. I recommend after market sales of major tire brands from this vendor.

My husband had made an appointment to get our brakes done and while I was driving to the shop I got a call from my husband to turn around as the brakes as Brian remembered were in great shape. The notation from Toyota Downtown was we needed the brakes to be changed. Recently Brian had put the snow tires on our vehicle and did not see they were worn down. Brian put the truck on the hoist just to check again and no way did they need changing. Always best to get a second option when dealing with dealerships! I’ve changed the name of Brian’s shop to Integrity Tire. Thanks Brian, our 20+ year commitment to Integrity Tire is for a good reason-honesty!

I have been going to Brian and his team for over 7 years and the highly quality, professional and honest service has been consistent. Earlier this week I was in a bind, in a midst of a snow storm he tracked down the snow tires I was looking for and replaced them. Highly recommend Integra, especially this location. I had a slow puncture in my tire and I was planning on taking a road trip the following day. I called Integra Tire and Auto Service, and they were able to get it fixed right away and quickly too. The staff and technicians were all very friendly and I would highly recommend them.

Lots of good reviews, and got referred here, so went to get an inspection. Had good service so was feeling it might be a good mechanic. Got a quote on all the things that needed fixing, figured out our budget, then called back to make an appointment and Brian told us he doesn’t want to work with us because he doesn’t trust us. This really doesn’t make sense to me at all. Since this “trust” is really not depending on anything, it’s just how he feels, it really isn’t based on anything at all. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time.

Brian and his crew are always very receptive to fitting us in when needed. Their diagnosis of repair work needed is always accurate and I have always found their pricing very fair.
