Honestly, do not hire these people. Probably the worst people to speak to regarding relocating your pet. I read their google reviews and most of their experience involves moving cats over to the UK. I called regarding moving a pet (dog) over to Australia and the woman was very rude on the phone. I was told by Australian Quarantine Facility to call around locally and ask a series of questions to ensure my pet is in the best hands possible as this is a huge move. Safe to say I would never trust my pet in their hands.Please consider this review before calling and paying someone $7000+CAD as it's not a small task.

We needed to send our daughter's two cats to her new home overseas. Pat and Jonathan did a wonderful job of preparing us. They took such good care of the cats and us. They explained every step of the process which gave us great confidence. There were no issues. The cats are now with our daughter. We would highly recommend them.

Pet Flight
We spoke to many companies before deciding to use Pet Flight to move our two cats to the UK. Pat and Jonathan were straight shooters about every stage of the process and were very thorough in making sure all the paperwork was checked and completed properly. They kept us up to date about every step of the process and were always patent with our (many) questions. Our cats arrived safely and have adjusted beautifully! Thanks Pat and Jonathan!

Used Petflight to fly my daughters dog to Germany. Not an easy task with a big dog but we did it thanks to them. They make sure you have all the proper documents, requirements, etc. Pat and Jonathan were great to deal with and after meeting Jonathan at the vets I knew the dog was in good hands. The dog made it there safely and my daughter is happily reunited with her pet. They have been in business a long time doing this so if you want no problems use them!

We've just sent our daughter's cat to her in the UK using Petflight and were very happy we used their service. I really appreciated the straight-up information on their website and their advice and assistance on the phone and by email through the process. What started out as a very confusing and complex process of moving a pet to the UK was made easy and gave us total peace of mind. Everything went like clockwork, and though the poor little fellow was stressed by the actual travel (totally outside Petflight's control - they did all the right things to keep him happy), he arrived safe and sound with everything in order for him to be ready for pickup at Heathrow and is now happily reunited with his person. We would use Petflight again in an instant.

I was moving to Australia and needed an animal shipping company in order to bring my Golden Retriever over. Jonathan and Pat metaphorically held my hand through the entire process. It’s definitely a scary idea for any pet lover to put their fur baby on a plane, but Jonathan and Pat were just amazing. They gave me ease of mind with their experience and knowledge of the crazy process of importing an animal into Australia. They went above and beyond what I had expected and I am so grateful for everything they did. Highly recommend!

PetFlight were amazing. I was so nervous about flying my two little dogs from Toronto to the UK but Jonathan and Pat were very knowledgeable and reassuring. Everything went smoothly and I received regular guidance and updates. My dogs were at ease in their presence and could tell they were good people. I would absolutely recommend PetFlight!

Jonathan and Pat were extremely helpful and kind. They reduced our stress and worries by organizing all the paperwork and making sure there were no issues before flying. We are now in the UK with our cat with no issues. Would definitely recommend them for traveling with your pet!

Moving a pet overseas is not an easy task at the best of times - but during a global pandemic with disrupted air travel it's even more demanding. It's nerve wracking to send a beloved and precious family member on a long journey when you can't explain what is happening to them! Pat and Jonathan were helpful, patient and understanding of my situation, and got my dog - a miniature dachshund - safely to the UK. They were skilled at obtaining all the right documentation, and ensured that he was fully compliant with international regulations, taking a huge load off my mind. Thank you.

Don't even know where to begin with this. Was given the whole world of assurances regarding taking my pets abroad, they had the connections and the experience to get what needed to be done completed. It was too good to be true and then they go on vacation. Seems fair, besides we can figure it out when they are back. Several weeks pass and my flight date is looming, no answer to emails or calls. I begin to get desperate and then I find out they have no availability anymore. I guess they were on vacation just for me. If I wasn't lucky enough to get booked in with worldwide animal travel at short notice, I'd have been totally screwed. Believing that this company could do what they promised took years off of my life.
