Located just a few blocks off the end of gastown, this quaint Italian restaurant offers delicious homemade pasta for a very reasonable price. Reservation is available with a $30 hold (refunded at sign in). My friend and I went for brunch Sunday at 10:30am and it's not very busy. There's a parking lot out back and street parking all around. Our server is very communicative and attentive to our needs. Their cappuccino was delicious (according to my friend) and we thoroughly enjoyed the flavor of our meals. The total came out to be around $60 for the two of us. We also noticed a healthy portion of the menu is vegetarian friendly, and the pasta can be substituted for a gluten friendly version. All in all, a very pleasant visit to this gem of a restaurant.

Intimate space with tremendous food. The Luigi’s Meatballs were delicious, with a strong tomato sauce and a generous serving. Only comment here would be it leaned acidic from the strong tomato sauce. The mushroom and truffle pasta special highlighted the fresh local mushrooms and homemade pasta. The lamb ragu had incredible depth, demonstrating the effort involved in flawlessly executing this dish.

Got a chance to try the daily special Truffle Mushroom Fregola. It was very special, very tiny balls like rice. The flavor was very great. Always love exploring different pasta! The place is a little bit small maybe you want to make a reservation first.

Not worth the price!Went there with a friend and instantly the hostess/server was not friendly, didn’t even say hello to us. When we were seated we ordered our appetizers, they came out 30 minutes after ordering them. We ordered our mains (2 pastas) and it took over an hour for them to come out. My friend got an oyster mushroom and truffle pasta. She took a couple of bites and started to taste a sand like texture, being grainy when chewing it. We told the waitress, she informed us that was not how the dish was supposed to taste like. The waitress offered to remake the pasta or to get a different pasta. My friend was turned off by the grainy taste in her first pasta that she didn’t want anything else. My friend had also ordered a 5oz pour of wine. When the bill came we were both surprised to see the glass of wine was still on the bill, as she was not able to enjoy the wine with her pasta. Me and my friend thought they would take it if for that reason. My friend had to ask for the wine to be taken off. In the end they ended up taking the glass of wine off. I would not recommend nor would I go back to Ask for Luigi, over priced and not great service.

The food is good. I really like the pesto pasta I ordered. But I really don’t like how the servers keep pressuring you in ordering more food or give more for tips. Maybe it’s a cultural difference I don’t get. The decor is very nice and unique. But I won’t go there again because of their customer service.

Service exceeded my expectations. The waitress went above and beyond on everything, and being kind and professional. Foods are excellent and I totally love the taste and texture. Sad to say, I can only give 3/5 for atmosphere due to store location.

Was an absolutely amazing restaurant. Food was incredible and incredibly unique. The server who helped me and my boyfriend was incredibly wonderful and because they were a little late on our reservation they gave us a free desert. If your ever in Vancouver or live there this place is an absolute must go to.

It was my first time here and everything didn't disappoint. From the food, service, to the ambience of the restaurant, it was very good. We went on a weekend and we didn't realize they were only serving the brunch menu. Nonetheless, the food were still great. I would recommend taking an uber or drive going here because it's a bit sketchy if you'll walk outside.

All the foods were very creative and incredibly delicious! They even made regular veggies taste great! The pasta dishes are superb and so are the desserts. Their servings though were a bit on the smaller side, so be prepared to order more than usual.
