The worst rental ever in my 25 years in Canada I have never had this parking issue to rent a truck and they say if your park your car here it might get stolen what kind of business are you running

The worst service I rented a Mercedes. Dirty and sticky with dirt. The inside smells of cigarettes and urine. My worst experience. I advise against their service

I would give them a big Zero if i couldhere is the list of all the problems i had with them1 - you have to answer when they need you but when you need them they are not going to answer no matter how much you try to get a hold of them2 - I got a rental with my insurance and all the payments were supposed to be made by insurance which because of their communication gap took a long time and without even informing me they went ahead to simply charge my card with the whole amount and not doing anything about it for days ruining up my whole credit history.3 - The lady manager doesn't even take responsibilities for their mistakes but gives a real bad and horrific experience to the customers she was rude and was shouting on me as it was my mistake that their communication was not goodinstead of talking she actually just started yelling at me and disconnected my call and not picking up after that.Someone needs to look at this place and see how they are ruining the customer experience and making it terrifying for the customers to rent the car from enterprise

Worst customer service, no one picks up the phone call, employees apparently don’t know the proper policy and will waste your time to leave you disappointed. you are better off getting your rental somewhere else

The exotic car collection by Enterprise isn't in business anymore. I've been trying to call them for the past 5 days. Voicemail box is full, no one is responding to my texts. Looks like I have to go elsewhere for my exotic car rental.

This review is based on my personal experience; I rented a 7-seater SUV on a Thursday and returned it on a Monday. After doing so, I made the decision to rent a sedan for a week. My greatest surprise came when I overheard a manager named Paul giving a customer his daily rental rate over the phone in French. I was given prices for all the vehicles available on Thursday. On Monday, the manager made the arbitrary decision to charge me nearly twice as much as what I had been given on Thursday and much less than what he had been telling the client over the phone. I informed him that he was charging a different pricing after bringing it to his attention. Since he was unable to directly respond to my question about why the costs were not as clearly displayed as they were at other car rental agencies, I pointed out that doing so allowed for pricing manipulation. He further continued to show me the pricing on his computer, which was far less than what he offered, before realizing his error and making a manual quote, which I had previously objected to, as a result of my challenges to his unethical practice and discriminating behavior. Except for this location with a terrible management, this is not representative of all Enterprise Car locations. The gentleman who assisted on Thursday was excellent, but the pricing obscurity allows them to specify any price they choose. Avoid Paul and this area if you can. Don't deal with him.

Does anyone pick up the phone here? They must be out of business. I've left 4 text messages with no response. The voicemail box is full. What a joke.

Very bad customer service towards black people wasn’t given a receipt after I asked 3 time once in person twice over phone .First time renting wasn’t charged for km second time renting a year later and I was but can’t see how much with no receipt.

Terrible customer service from the location... I regret going there to rent a car at a desperate hour. They lie and don't pick up your calls. My insurance company told me they called this location due to the extra charge indicated on the final bill. They charged me for the additional kilometres I did not use. The customer service representative did not provide me with a receipt; she was in a rush for no reason. She refused to go through my receipt; her boss Richard was in on this. I had to call them to provide a receipt. When I called them, they hung up on me. They have not picked up my call ever since. This car rental doesn't have cars to choose from and Is extremely Fraudulent. Let them show you your receipt before leaving the office, or they will scam you.
