Had to switch our cats food a couple times, and the staff set us up for a reward account that tracks our food bag purchases. Easy returns if the food is unopened. The staff here have always been understanding and helped us find a good quality food that our cats like to eat. They also helped size both our cats for harnesses that are comfortable and secure. This location is close to our home and always has stock for what we need.

After recovering from the staff swarming my pup, I got down to business. My ten week old needed a good harness. I was a bit overwhelmed by the excitement and next thing I know a lovely lady is recommending a harness based on what her brother's dog uses.Everyone is generally in a good mood, and other customers, who visit this pet store , are welcoming and kind.It's been a good while since I've experienced this kind of small town service and I will gladly trust this place for my pup's food, toys, and treats in the future.

Went today after calling as I needed a house for my new rabbit and the one I got at petsmart did not want to go together.The lady on the phone was supper kind she was able to put 2 houses aside for me. After getting to the store I saw the 2 picked one and it works great I was able to get it together in 20mins.Overall supper kind staff and a clean place my dog loves it I will definitely be shopping there again.

Beware! Kittens! Adorable little puffballs of needle-pawed doom!I want them all.Anyway! I turned up just before 7:00 pm with my Australian Cattle Dog. It was bath day! The other customers were sweet and kind, and the staff was understanding, patient, and epic as I and my 8yo self-appointed captain of the Fun Police trotted on through the store, used their bathtub, and barked at everything that moved (my dog, not me, and it *was* in a break between two cells of a massive thunderstorm). Bath was super easy to use, everything we could need was right in arm's reach - including waterproof aprons!We wound up our trip with a can of dog food and a no-hide bone, AND instructions on how to use the ends of yak chews! Overall spectacular experience, and while I'm not exactly looking forward to bath day with my herding dog, the staff have certainly made it no longer dreaded!

The staff are so wonderful! I am 32 weeks pregnant and everyone offered to help. The staff lifted food & litter of shelf and carried out to my car for me ! very thankful

The best Pet Value in town. Very helpful staff and also very knowledgeable. Helped me find the exact right food for my kittens and also was great when they didn't like a specific treat and gave me my money back. Highly recommended!
