What a joke of a company. An office full of lobotomized chimps could have handled my order better than this professional" company. I will shudder the next time I see "UPS" on an order

One of the best UPS stores I've experienced; friendly staff for having to deal with uninformed, angry (and usually older) customers all day.Usually pop by to drop off packages with prepaid labels and staff is fairly efficient at providing a drop-off receipt every time I request.My one frustration is the varying time that tracking numbers update. When required to drop-off a package within a certain time frame, it is frustrating that packages can take between 30 minutes and 12+ hours from being dropped off before the tracking shows an update. Although this may be a UPS standard, it is very confusing for the consumer.

UPS is a joke. Delivery notice left on Tuesday, says “pick up at UPS store” no actual address given, which location am I to go to? Who knows. InfoNotice # doesn’t work when trying to find out online. Wednesday is a second delivery attempt (strange considering the first delivery notice says to pick up in store). At least this second notice has a pickup address listed, so I head to the UPS store to pick up. I am then told, it’s out for ANOTHER delivery attempt tomorrow, even though delivery notice CLEARLY says to pick up at this location. Ask to redirect the delivery to work as no one is home during the day and am told they can’t do that at store level and I have to call customer service. So I call customer service to have to package redirected. Twenty minutes later we finally have the address changed to a work address where someone will be there to collect it (with attitude DRIPPING from the customer service rep the entire time I might add) and then am then told the package may not arrive for 24-48 hours. Sure, this is all just minor annoying inconveniences until one realizes that it’s a gift in the package and it’s perishable. By the time I have it, I’ll promptly be throwing it in the trash. Thanks UPS, you’re awesome. Since I can’t leave a Google review for the whole company, this location will get the negative review

Worst ups store ever. I unfortunately had to deal with the Asian lady named Kate and she was soo rude and unprofessional. I needed to ship no box and I was standing in front Waiting for help and she didn't even acknowledge me after seeing me and decided to finish up on her computer in the back. Then after I needed tape and she legit threw the roll at me and was like tape it up and yelled at me like I was doing something wrong. I would avoid that ups location with a 10ft pole and rather drive to airdrie to ship my packageThe manager reply below is so wrong and definitely covering for the employees. They did in fact aggressively give me the tape gun which was like throwing when she smacked it on the counter.Especially on top of that this happened twice.

Very professional, they are willing to help for filling out the forms.Highly recommended to everyone if you have any shipments to be made.

Fantastic experience today at this UPS store. The lady who assisted me was helpful and patiently took care of my shipping needs, making recommendations to facilitate the process. Will definitely be back.

I have been a regular at this UPS location for few months now, and had no issue regarding their services.The store manager was always a pleasure to talk to on personal/business matters, and the driver always showed up in timely manner on package pick ups and drop offs.I'd recommend this store to anyone living in SW.

This is one of the most professional UPS store I've dealt with.Been a regular for a while after moving into SW Calgary, and had no problem on shipping packages.

I have always got amazing customer service at this store. Today was no different! The staff take their time with you, and answer any questions you may have. They move very quick to get the task done for you which is so appreciated!

Went there today and this is the second time I've had a terrible experience at the Westhills location.Arrived at 6.25pm (they close at 6.30pm) to have a card shipped to the UK. Guy has the door locked, he came to open it to tell me he's closed. I said it's 6.25 and they are closing early. I say I just want to mail this card to the UK... he tells me it wouldn't ship today anyway and to come back tomorrow. I say I'm not able to come tomorrow and need it shipped urgently, hence my visit now, 5 minutes before the advertised closing time. He tells me again he's closed and shuts and locks the door again. I had another an issue a few years ago and have avoided this location for the longest time (prefer the Elbow Drive location..: great service there).I prefer to spend my money with a business partner who appreciates their customers and treats them with respect and professionalism. You will find neither at the Westhills UPS store. I'd rate no-stars if I could... they do not serve the UPS brand well.
