We buy product from them all the time if you pick up the product yourself you know it will be good but if you get them to deliver it and you pay for delivery the product was damage permanent marks on it dirty and they refused to do anything about it I’ve been talking to their account manager for over a week now and they just tell you want they just tell you one thing we’re working on it meanwhile I have a customer who’s getting annoyed because his chloroplast is super dirty and damaged and I cannot give my customer the product. Super Disappointed.
