This has become the worst place to shop.. I too miss Tracee.. she was the best thing to happen to that place.. I stopped shopping there a while ago.. She knew how to help me and was able to answer all my questions.. I would avoid this place.. If you do choose to go in and a lady named Pam is there, RUN!!!!! she has no clue or TRAINING and should not be there.. I am very sad that the good staff is gone, they finally had 2 good people there.. If Summit knew what was good for them they would fire that PAM.. worst person I have ever met!!!!!

Pam and Bobby and all the staffs are superb and extremely helpful. They goes above and beyond to accommodate the client’s needed and wanted . I loved the cleanliness and the orderliness in the store. I truly enjoyed shopping at summit and sometimes just stopped in to say hello to the ladies . Appreciate the great customer services. Keep up the awesomeness ladies .

I'm sad and feel as though I have lost a friend. I shop at Summit once in awhile, and have not had great service, until Tracy got there. She is so helpful, polite, and really knows her stuff. It almost felt like I was visiting a friend when I would go to pick up supplies. I shopped there last about two weeks ago, and didn't get the time of the day. I inquired as to where Tracy was and was told she doesn't work there anymore. What a treasure you have lost Summit. I guess the old lady that works there can hide behind the polish rack and make snide and snooty remarks about someone else now, because I'm certain I won't go back.
