This store is unprofessional, the staff are very rude. They do not honour legitimate medical exemptions. Being a cannabis store , you'd think that these people would be understanding of medical conditions, however it is the complete opposite. PHOTOS attached are of the extremely rude associates. Do not recommend this store. Buy elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

Have never had issues with this store, was always able to send my boyfriend to retrieve my items I purchased online without my photo i.d or payment card. Recently had a sudden and unexpected surgery due to a tubal pregnancy, which has made me almost immobile temporarily. Sent my boyfriend in today and they refused us service. I physically cannot come to the store myself and we've been coming here for some time and I am deeply disappointed by this. Even spoke on the phone and they can't even cancel my order. Will be finding another place to purchase flower. Thanks.

I was into this store on Friday. Randy was working. I asked for some good pre rolls. She recommended Tantalus Pacific. Randy hats off you hit it . Awesome service fair to good product. Thank you Randy

Watch out for the contents on the prerolls, they advertise 10 and when you get home there is only 9. Tried to return for refund was denied. Kinda got that airline feel to it. pay up front and get screwed.

Excellent quality of cannabis and the friendly staff at this establishment. The staff always creates a delightful atmosphere with their upbeat mood and engaging conversations. Moreover, their wide selection of products is impressive. Whenever my regular store is out of stock, I can always head over here.

The store is very nice inside and the staff was very friendly. The stock wasn't great but that's sure to improve. Also the layout for choosing strains was a bit confusing compared to other shops I've been to. I do like how you get your products when you pay instead of waiting at a separate counter like others.

Won't get your order ready, they try and counter that with a good looking interior? Who cares. Your prices are a total scam, you provide little to no service, and it was a complete headache to TRY and order one single thing.Edit: took them 27hours to get two vapes ready.Price matching? Value buds across the street lists your prices in store and beats them. Every. Single. Day.Can't wait to see fire and flower scam of a store fall apart
