Freedom Glass & Shower Doors

I never write reviews and the fact that I am today is because of how absolutely frustrated I am with Azad (the owner) & his business etiquette. UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL & WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.I had them build a few custom closets in my newly renovated home 2yrs ago and at the time, they damaged the new flooring in my sister's home while installing. When brought to their attention, they made excuses that it wasn't them.Secondly, the one supporting piece of the back wall holding my closet up broke and the closet was thus slanted. I spoke with Azad on July 1st and he said he'd make a visit to fix it the upcoming Mon/Tues. Which he of course never did. I even offered to pay him for the fix and he basically stopped answering calls & texts. Whenever he'd reply, he would say he will visit in a day or two and never show up!At the end, I hired another business and paid them to fix the closet for me. I'd honestly rather have someone tell me straight-up that they don't have time or don't want to rather than telling me a day & time and not showing up multiple times, ignoring me and wasting my time!The absolute WORST SERVICE EVER! If you value your time and want a job well done, DO NOT call these guys! I'm taking my time to write this review to save anyone else the hassle I went through.
