Ordered a small Pepperoni pizza very pleased at pickup what Harbour Palace Pizza calls a small would be a medium size anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable and staff are friendly. Pizza was cheesy and cooked perfectly good sauce, cheese, pepperoni and great crust very pleased when in the Victoria Harbour area definitely call Harbour Palace Pizza. They area also they are more than just pizza they have a diner style menu as well on another trip gonna have to try it

My food was over cooked, soggy and cold when it arrived. It tastes old, Not pleased. Found dark hair in my wings and fish as well

Pizza is okay I guess. Not something we will be getting again. Tried a slice and there was so very little sauce it was more just like having a cheesy bread. Ordered a full pizza so we could try with extra sauce. Way way way too much cheese in our opinion and was not cooked long enough. There was no crisp to it, veggies and meat were just barely warm. We even thought maybe they added the toppings after the pizza was cooked. Took the pizza home and cooked it longer in our oven to get the crust a bit less doughy and veggies and meat actually looking better. That alone took the pizza from a 0 to a 4 out of 10. The sauce is very just plain really nothing special. Very surprised because the reviews made it sound like the best pizza around. I guess maybe it is for Victoria harbour? Certainly not for Midland. The wings were okay. Was worth a try but we certainly won’t be back. It is however great pizza for small kids or adults who don’t like much flavours going on, just like their basic light plain sauce type of pizza.

Have ordered from this place for the last four years and have noticed a steady decline in food quality. The staff seems to be changing constantly and have no kitchen experience. Pizza is often undercooked and bland. Last night ordered chicken wings and fries. Wings were rubbery and soggy as if the oil wasn’t hot enough and fries were cooked from frozen and with no seasoning. Been a long time since we got something decent from this place that made me feel we got our money’s worth.. definitely will not be going back.

We have been ordering from Palace Pizza for the past 3 years. Always want to give back to our community by purchasing right here in VH. Ordered fish and chips yesterday. We will never order this again. The fries were not fully cooked and there was no taste to the fish which was half the size we ordered a month ago. Ended up throwing out the fries.

Really good pizza. I asked for extra cheese and they gave me so much cheese. It was the first time I was impressed when ordering extra cheese. The sauce is very light. The only thing I would change is the type of cheese to be used. It's not really creamy and is tasteless. The tomato sauce is very light almost unnoticeable. All in all its a delicious pizza. The thin crust was made to perfection and the pepperoni was pretty good as well.

Ordered dinner at 5:10pm knowing it was a Friday and they’d be busy. Had to call at 8pm to see if maybe we were forgotten about and they said “the delivery guy is on the way”. We live 6 minutes away. It’s now 9:10pm and we still haven’t received our food. I find this unacceptable.I know the food here is good but I think you need to hire more delivery drivers so customers don’t wait for hours to get their food, or in our case not at all.
