What's that word for someone who makes you feel bad about yourself so they feel good about their self? Oh yeah! A bully! Walk on in to Nicola Valley Massage" where they have kindly collected all the elementary school bully's and placed them in one tiny office together :) I meant wow! I got more than I came for right ? Maybe I should even call it an "above and beyond' treatment... I went in to get my back massaged but got my feelings massaged instead.. to describe this experience in one word i would chose: YUCK"

The office staff are friendly, accomodating and professional. Tim is very good at identifying and working on select problems. He has dealt effectively, on me, with a rotator cuff injury, a hip injury and a hamstring injury. He is also friendly, interested and engaged in your medical requirements and will take the time to explain the treatment.

Ive had a few treatments from tim this past year and he has given me the best treatment so far compared to other therapy clinics. Professional, respectful, friendly and very good at listening to me when i explain which parts hurt and focusing on the best treatment possible. The receptionist is very sweet and i highly recommend them! I live in the fraser valley and the drive is worth it for the overall experience and treatments! It feels like family when you come into their beautiful office and get greeted by rita.

I’ve been going to Tim for massage for a few years. He is an amazing therapist who captures the pain and eventually eliminates it. Both Tim and Rita are very respectful and kind. I hope to continue going for a monthly massage for years to come.

I wanted to share my experience at Nicola Valley Massage. I had badly sprained my knee and had gone through precipitation of strong pain killer anti inflammatory medication. Still experiencing a lot of pain and unable to walk well. Went for my massage he was able to find areas that were knotted and helped release. I went back for a second treatment and the pain was so much better. I was show and given advice to do at home to help. I was greeted and treated in a very friendly, warm and professional manner. If I need massage help in the future I will most definitely be going back and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for massage therapy.

A visit to Nicola Valley Massage Therapy is a 10/10 experience from the moment you walk in the door. Tim and Rita are great, professional, knowledgeable, and fun! I have had back problems since I was just 13 years old and they have lifted my spirits, eased my pain, and provided me with exercises and supports for at-home care. I must admit my review is a little biased... as they are my parents; however, that doesn't change the fact that they are a great team and will do everything in their power to help their patients. Strongly recommended!
