Al and his crew repaired and reupholstered an older accent chair as well as repaired and refinished an antique accent chair for us. We're really pleased with the results. The cost was a little more than we had anticipated, but both chairs look really terrific. We would use them again.

My chair was beautifully designed and artistically crafted. Such care and attention to detail could only come from a truly talented and caring man. It's comfort will last a lifetime.

I had a beautiful white rod-iron chair that needed repair months ago. Al was personable and was able to get the work done in a timely way. The same chair needed repair again a few months later. I brought it back to Al, and he took it without hesitation and fixed it, no worries on my end at all. I was deeply grateful for his professionalism and care for the work that he did. He definitely shows that he cares about providing good customer service and doing quality work. Thank you Pacific Design, I will be back!

Al and his team were able to transform our 1950s couch from top to bottom! He was fantastic to talk to and the sweetest man. He knew exactly what I wanted and was so helpful in helping us decide on the fabrics and changes. Can't express how much we adore spending time on our pretty much brand new couch. We went to Pacific Design Upholstery in 12417 No 2 Rd., Richmond to inquire about the reupholstered of a 40 years old nook sofa. Al, the owner is a very nice man, he patiently explained to us the different materials and how the sofa to be re-cushioned and re-upholstered despite that we told him we were just investigating the options to replace the nook sofa. We were impressed with his honesty and sincerity, we accepted his recommendation to re-cushioned and re-upholstered the sofa. He even entertained our request and came to our place to move the sofa to his shop that evening. They finished the work in a week and returned the sofa to us this evening.We are very satisfied with the quality of repair work to the nook sofa, so we asked Al to re-cushion the 45 years old 2 and 3-seater in our living room.

If you are looking for first class quality and service you cannot do better than dealing with Al at Pacific Designs. We recently had two chairs re-upholstered and they were done masterfully and promptly. My wife and I had a pair of chairs that have been in her family for at least 70 years. They are rather unusual and we absolutely love them.They were in need of getting reupholstered and we were looking around for someone to do the work as we had no idea where to get it done.I found Pacific Design Furniture on Instagram and started following the account. Their work is gorgeous. So we contacted Al and pulled the trigger. He’s great to deal with, the service is highly professional, and we will definitely deal with them again.
