Pharmacist Walk-in Clinic

My wife and 17 month old kid went because our child has been coughing and weezing when breathing, the doctor refused to even look at my kid because he didn't cough while in the room. It's obvious he has something going on with his throat but they wouldn't even listen to his chest to see. Absolutley no help at all.

I went in to get one weeks of anti depressants as I’m not near home the man that seen me told me if I want help to go to a hospital.. my brother just killed himself last week so I’m at a funeral and don’t have time to sit in emergency. Maybe know the side effects of not taking fluoxetine.. Stopping Prozac suddenly without tapering can lead to serious side effects, including the potential for a depression relapse or thoughts of suicide. Do not stop taking Prozac without consulting your doctor, who will create a tapering plan. I am 19 years old and needed help from a clinic one place I thought they would care. I was left to go home and not be on meds or miss my brothers funeral and sit in a hospital. I am completely discussed with the way I was treated.

Good concept, but needs work as they did just open. The pharmacist didn’t feel “comfortable” using a otoscope to look in my daughters ear. I just wanted to see if it appeared red as I thought she had an ear infection. So that was odd but hoping things evolve as my trip didn’t have me leaving feeling very confident, and the pharmacist didn’t seems very confident as well.

The staff are always so nice, both on the phone and in person. The pharmacist is so helpful and very informative. He takes his time to explain everything. I've never had to wait more than a hour and that was on a very busy day! Overall great clinic!

Today we a family of four went to this walk in clinic ,being from Calgary I was amazed to witness the operatability of this clinic, From the reception to the pharmacist ; the entire staff was very cooperative despite rush at facilityOur pharmacist Mr. Muise, Julien was outstanding.In nine years of my exposure I will rate him even above the family physicians I had been going to as walk in. He was very detailed and took his time and answering all of our family health concerns in a very elaborative wayI wish we can get more of these programs with extended scope of pharmacist in Canada and wish all the best to the staff of Pharmacist Walk in clinic of LethbridgeKeep up the great work and Thank you

Completely useless and a waste of time! They couldn't do any of the checks necessary to help my son out and actually see what the problem is. So they couldn't prescribe anything and there's no children's Tylenol or Advil anywhere to help him manage the pain. So now I just have to hope he'll get better in a couple days and actually be able to sleep tonight. Useless.

Came in with a cold, asked to see someone as I have had it for multiple weeks nows. I was asked if it moved to my lungs and I agreed that it did. Was told they don't deal with that there and I should go to a doctors office in coaldale. Pretty pathetic health care system we have in canada, nobody cares. I don't think I should have to wait in emergency to deal with a cold.

The pharmacist I met was empathetic, friendly and showed that he wanted to help. Follow up was done exactly as was said.

We had never been to a Pharmacist led walk-in clinic before so I had no idea what to expect. Medimap gave us two options for walk-in clinics. The first turned us away so we tried SuperStore. Excellent clinic! Fast, friendly service with a very knowledgeable pharmacist to assess us. I have gone many times with my children and have had all of our issues resolved.
