I am hugely impressed with the service here. I brought in a large number of suits, skirts, and pants that needed to be altered. She was very thorough and had a great eye on how to make them all fit properly and professionally. She then had all of my items ready within a week. When I came to pick them up, she had me try them on again to make sure I was completely happy with the end result and no last adjustments had to be made. She also took care to explain the adjustments, why they mattered, and how it impacted the costs.She was a very wonderful woman to work with. She even fixed the mistakes that a previous tailor at another shop did on one of my jackets. I could not be happier with her service and I will absolutely be coming back for as long as I possibly can.Great service, great personality, and wonderful shop.

Terrible work on replacing the zipper on my son's winter coat. It cost $40 and made the jacket unusable on cold days. I preferred spending $40 rather than replace the jacket because it had cost me $130, but now I'm out $40 AND $130 because it has to be replaced anyway due to the poor quality work.There is a 1/2 inch difference between each side, and now it's placed so far up, it can't be fully zipped closed as his head is in the way. Previously, It zipped to just over his chin and fit perfectly.I picked the jacket up on Christmas Eve and noticed the asymmetry right away, but was told they would be closed for 2 weeks, and my son needed a jacket. I figured being off-center wasn't that big of a deal.We didn't discover that it could no longer zip all the way up until Christmas Day. By the time the store was open again, the work guarantee had ended.

I was desperate for a last minute hemming repair on a dress, as I had someone do a terrible job initially. So it required the initial hem to all be taken out and redone in a 24hr turnaround (which I wasn't sure could be done). But I was pleasantly surprised when she said she could have it done for me. Even helped me out with a shoulder adjustment as the top was a little too big. Needless to say the hem looks 100 times better and fits much better now with the adjustment! Very happy with the great service and so thankful for the super fast turnaround! Would highly recommend.

I took a fairly expensive jacket to be tailored here and this was my first time being a customer here, so needless to say I was taking a chance but I'm writing this review to tell others about the amazing work this woman does. She did such great work on my new jacket that I promptly brought her a pair of over sized work shorts I recently bought and she tailored them to an absolutely perfect fit. The atmosphere here is clean and bright so for all your tailoring needs I highly recommend this business, they also do dry cleaning but I haven't needed any items dry cleaned yet.

I got my pants hemmed, not even a month later it came out on one side, the yarn used was very light and flimsy and cheap, now I need to repair them

I was absolutely blown away by Mrs. Ha’s exceptional service!! I ended up being asked to be in a wedding last minute so I needed a bridesmaids dress altered ASAP. I called Zig Zag on Monday morning and she told me to come in when I could. I ended up having to bring my 11 month old with me whom Mrs. Ha scooped up immediately so that I could change. She played with her and then let her crawl all over while she pinned the dress. Her attention to detail, her suggestions as to under garments to help the dress fit better we’re all excellent and so appreciated!! After pinning the dress she played with my daughter again so I could change. She told me to come back the next day. The dress fits beautifully and I have way more room to breathe in it. She did such a wonderful job, with an incredible turn around time and did not hesitate to make me feel at home. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing any garments altered!

Not satisfied with the alterations and wouldn’t go back.Had a bridesmaid dress altered on the straps. Material was silky and the material was puckered across the chest and straps were uneven.Was told that there was nothing for her to do. The material was the issue and the bias cut.Would’ve been nice to know that before I spent $40 for alterations that ruined the dress.

I was there yesterday and the lady was supper rude, yelled at me and was mad because I was trying to explain her about my pants hem and how I wanted it ...not recommended this place at all. She did another pants a while back and they are too short.

Best tailor ever! Always finishes my outfits on time (or even early) and does everything she can to make your wardrobe fit exactly how you like! Will always go to Zig Zag hands down. ✋️
