Leisters is wonderful to deal with! Their staff are always amazing.

I had a bad experience with them, the staff are also very grouchy. I bought a pair of scrub pants and thought I liked them but then tried them on again when I got home and they were awfully disproportionate on me, having no room in the bottom and therefore falling down when walking and I need functional pants when 90% of my job is walking, bending, squating ect as a health care aide, I tried to take them back the day after and so far it was fine after the staff and I found some better pants to exchange because their store does not give refunds, she all the sudden told me because I wore them for under an hour at home, that she wouldn’t take them back. She told me all of this in a rude manner as I stayed calm and asked what the difference is between trying them on in store and trying them on at home, she wouldn’t discuss this and I walked out. I don’t have a lot of money right now, and I was really in need of some new work pants.

We had to buy quite a few items there, hospital bed, mattress, table and renting a lift.Service was incredibly good with a very helpful and knowledgeable young lady helping us.After a few days we made a few changes to our order and they were quick and helpful, never a problem.Noticed a review on here about grouchy staff…nothing like that for us..helpful, friendly and very compassionate…they got us what we needed and all with a smile!Highly recommend shopping here, they know their stuff!

Today I received my new Lift Chair. Allan and Amanda were wonderful. They went above and beyond.

Easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and pointed me and my family in the right direction very quickly. You can tell they care about their customers.

Not happy. Bought a couple of pants for my husband and specifically asked if he didn't like them could I return them. Salesperson said yes. When I got home, found that one pair was wrong size and my husband did not like them at all. Took them back next day only to be told they don't take returns, only credit or exchanges. Sale person pointed to sign on top of counter saying it was store policy. Sign gets covered up with merchandise so you do not see it. Now I have a gift card I don't know if I will ever be able to use. NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE ... feel like I was lied to.

I had a great experience here! Sierra and the other lady were super helpful and friendly. The scrub prices and selection were great. I would definitely recommend Leister's and will be returning.

Went in to get a part for my mother's walker fully expecting to pay for it. It was found and given to me free of charge. Extremely warm and helpful response. I greatly appreciated their attitude and the extra bonus of no charge.

Non existent customer service. My husband's Pride mobility" scooter's seat is not releasing. It's only a few months old. We can not fit it in the trunk of our car. He is now house bound until this gets fixed. I have called 4 days straight with no reply. IF they are closed for the whole week between Christmas and New Year
