The place has a bad reputation as it is but today they were turning people away both registered and new clients. They normally serve the people that come for first time and ask to call them to register which is normal but You call noone answers and no calls are being returned hard toget through. They make it so difficult. Very poor public relations and customer service most staff is nice except for a few bad apples. I missed my app last week and this new girl sent me away along with a person that came for the first time. People got jobs too and with their schedule it makes so hard to find time. The other day I came 17 minutes before the closing time they were already closed.

When you come here- be carefull. Google maps show wrong place and photo of this Food Bank. It is 580 Finch Street West, but Google maps show the 540 Finch street. My changes to the maps is on review at Google. Hope soon they will change Google Maps location of this Food Bank.

Terrible management - the staff pick & choose who gets certain items - 100% discrimination. Their friends & contrymen get everything.Yes - extreamly unfair

Not much activities here.

Very nice people was well served and left there with enough food . Good quality iteams. .

Some staffs are not warm and friendly. Most of their clients are their country men and less attention to us who are not one of them.
