The Banh Mi Snack Bar
Ordered through door dash. It was a pretty large order. 2 soups, a few appetizers and 2 banh mi. The lemongrass beef bahn mi was tasty despite the harder than usual bread. We were not impressed with the portion size of meat for the beef stew banh mi, if we knew there were only 4 pieces of meat, we wouldn't have chosen it. However, my boyfriend did enjoy the taste. Unfortunately I lost my appetite half way through enjoying the skewer fish ball, found a strand of hair on the second skewer. Didn't bother trying the bun rieu and beef ball noodle soup. The contents spilled all over the plastic bags as well.

Awesome food. Great portion size. The lemongrass beef bahn mi was delicious. The steamed bao is GIGANTIC and so good. Super happy. Ordered on Skip, absolutely no issues. Will definitely order again!

Bang mi king is the best banh mi restaraunt in the city. I highly recommend them and can't wait for them to open a location in the south end of the city

The Banh Mi Snack Bar
I've only had banh mi and boba here. The bread was crusty and fresh. The banh mi is more of a fusion then traditional.Some minor criticisms i have are the onions were too strong (I normally love onions, but I'll request it be left out next time), I would have liked more cilantro, the shape of the bread is similar to a foot ball so eating the ends will have less filling (I prefer a uniform shape). It felt like it took long to complete the order. The menu is taped on the counter. Would have been nice to have the items clearly visible on the wall in big lettering (like most fast food places do). The prices are on the high end. I have had cheaper but tastier banh mi before. The boba I had was very sweet, but tasted decent. I would have preferred the slushy variety, but I didn't know to request it at that time.It may seem like I'm being overly nit picky, but overall I enjoyed the Binh Mi here.

The Banh Mi Snack Bar
Just had the BBQ chicken banh mi sub to go. When we got home and ate it, we were very disappointed. It was almost $8, the bun was crusty and not fresh. The bbq chicken was hard and tasted old. There was too much daikon and for some reason it tasted fishy. Not good. Had way better vietnamese subs elsewhere that were cheaper, fresher and tasted much better.
