Williams Home Comfort

I bought an air conditioner and humidifier, and I am very happy with my choice of Williams Home Comfort.Chris gave us a couple quotes for different models. He was thorough when he was looking at my furnace, electrical panel, and install locations. He seemed very knowledgeable and confident about which models would work best for my home. Chris was on time to the appointment and sent us the quotes by email quickly. Booking was fast and easy.Brandon did the installation for the air conditioner and humidifier. He showed up on time. He was nice and professional. He laid down fabric to protect my floors, and cleaned up the work site well when he was done. At the end of the install, he walked me through how to protect the ac and set up the humidifier through the winter.I spoke with Stephanie, the office manager, a couple times over the phone. She was always helpful, polite and professional.

I am so happy with the service we received from Williams Home Comfort. They responded to my quote request right away, and they were extremely competitive in pricing. Communication was clear and transparent. Installation of a new furnace and A/C was fast, and the work was executed beyond our expectations. They left their work area cleaner than they started. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them for future work.

I contacted Williams Home Comfort since I needed someone who was reliable and I can trust for an AC repair. The repair was for my Dad who is a senior and he had tried to get fixed a few years ago by a different company that didn't fix the problem. With the reviews here and the reviews on Homestars, I knew he would be in good hands.They showed up on time and we're very good at explaining the problem. They presented us with a few options/estimates on repair or replacement. We decided the repair route since they warranty the repair for 1 year.They came another day to fix and we're again punctual and were there for a few hours. It turned out they charged a lower price than their estimated cost since they didn't need to replace a part. The AC is working well and is now fixed.I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends/family

One of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Chris was excellent and extremely quick to come out to give us a quote and next day our new furnace was installed by Josh and his colleague who were extremely polite, clean, and just a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone! As of Jan 1 they indicated that they will start cleaning furnaces as well. We will always use them for this service. Thanks again,!

I did my due diligence prior to selecting WHC to install two new furnaces. The reviews I found were excellent. My experience was equally superior. Chris was absolutely true to the quote that was provided. Josh and the crew were friendly and very focused on ensuring that our experience was first class. Our expectation was that we would be well treated and we were very well treated. Thanks guys we’re very happy.

We had a great experience with Williams Home Comfort for our AC unit. Jake came out and gave us a quote. He was very nice and answered all of our questions. Christian and his assistant (sorry I forgot his name) were great. They were very professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured all our questions were answered before they left. Thank you!

This is the second time I've used Williams and I'm just as pleased as the first! Our outside furnace exhaust pipe had cracked and broken off and not only did Chris fix it, but he improved it too! Chris was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone I've dealt with at Williams has been top notch. Definitely will use them again in the future and will recommend them!

This was the second time I have used Williams Home Comfort. They have been professional, courteous and punctual both times I have used them. Most recently Chris who provided the quote was knowledgeable and professional and provided a quote that worked out to being the exact amount once the work was completed. Josh our installer took the time to used drop sheets and leave the work space cleaner than when he arrived. From start to finish Williams Home Comfort has exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

Williams Home Comfort has been fantastic to deal with right from the start. Everyone I have dealt with has been very polite and accommodating. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Jake the employee dispatched to do the work at my place has been nothing but great by giving excellent customer service and being very professional, polite and friendly the entire time. Always left with a sense that I get what I pay for, which is very reasonable costs. I would highly recommend Williams Home Comfort time and time again!

Williams gave us a quote and promised next day install - not bad during a heat wave. Over night Williams had a truck stolen. Rather than cancel, they loaded up a rental truck from Enterprise, showed up the next morning and did the job as promised. Gotta hand it to these guys, nothing slows them down. Neat install, decent price and we have a nice cool place for Stampede. Thanks Williams! Obviously your experience may be different but I'm an actual Williams customer and this is an honest review. Before you pick that OTHER HVAC company (the one that doesn't service Cochrane because it's 20 min out of town) - you know, the one with hundreds of glowing 5 star reviews that all sound weirdly the same - do yourself a favor and click on the reviewer. Lots of fake 1 post wonders. I'm glad Williams doesn't play games with fake reviews.
