I got my kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity countertop done few years ago and they still look amazing even though I haven't resealed my granite. The guys were amazing, knowledgeable and great skills.

Waterfall feature on our kitchen counter was delivered with a substantial noticeable chip and they decided to install it anyways. After I complained they tried to hide the chip with some sort of filler. At that point there was not much we could do as the large piece matched the rest of the counter. I decided to overlook the issue but since then we have had other problems with the granite. We have had consistent chipping around the edges. We paid 12000 for this granite counter . I have called several times about the issue and they shift the blame , saying we are too rough!!! We are not animals and we take care of our things…not any different from any other household! I think they sold as a faulty product and they refuse to take any accountability.
