Highly recommend this company. Own a piece of land that the county wanted mowed because of some invasive weeds. The county gave me one week to get it done. Got ahold of Rydell Excavating and they had it done the next day. They could have over charged me, but did not, as they knew I was desperate and lived over 4 hours from there. Was treated very fairly and professionally. Even sent me before and after pictures. A+ Thanks Joe!

Recently I purchased a 5 acre property in the Star Lake area. I hired Rydell Excavating to clear away a large area of brush and trees and also to build a driveway into the property which significantly improved the value of my land immediately and allowed me to see just what I was working with in my property.I found their expertise with general land management for the lakes area very helpful, and they walked me through contacting the local township board for the driveway permit. We also worked through identifying a future building site and they provided insight into the amount and cost of fill required to prepare for a building. I am planning to begin my site preparation in the spring for my building project, and will be using Rydell Excavating for that as well.

I’m planning on putting up a storage building on a wooded lot. I called Joe he was Prompt and very professional and very knowledgeable. I was thinking of doing most of the work myself but after he started I realized he had the right equipment for the job. It didn’t take him long to transform a wooded lot to a nice pad ready for a building. He did fantastic work and is genuinely just a nice guy. I would definitely recommend.
