Stayed here for a weekend tournament. The staff is super friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was really good.The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

We stay here a lot for work as we are not from London. This location is close to our jobsites, and the choices of hotels in this are slim pickings. To be honest, the hotel is ok. It definitely needs some love with the renovations and being updated. As someone who stays here a lot, I find the rooms aren't cleaned at their best. They definitely need more staff for cleaning or keeping an eye on the crew you have right now. If you ask for maintenance to address something in your room, don't hold your breath because it might not get done. We were at work from 8 till 8. I was told maintenance would be in around 5 pm when I returned to my room. The issue wasn't even addressed. They do serve breakfast in the mornings, which is nice food is ok nice and hot and fresh and the lady working there is super friendly. It definitely could be a 4-star hotel. They just need to address some issues that they have. Location is good because they're close to a lot of food locations, and the mall is nearby for shopping.

Hotel was a little hidden away with a couple of businesses in front of the main building. Overall good experience as staff was very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are clean and spacious. Only issue I had was that the fridge in my room had a faulty compressor that would have a noisy reset, resulting in me thinking that someone was knocking on the door every 20-30 mins. Great value in terms of costs

This place has been our favourite hotel thus far in London, Ontario. Though initially one staff made our first two weeks uncomfortable, we were able to enjoy our last week to the fullest after having that issue resolved. This hotel pays attention to detail and offers complimentary coffee and water throughout the day. Breakfast was delightful...the rooms are really spacious and well put together. The only thing that would make this place even better will be a pool/jacuzzi area. If you're looking for a long term stay, this is the place to be. Can't wait to return!

Clean, free parking, free EV charging, free breakfast. I lost my watch in the room and called two hours after checkout to ask about it. At first they couldn’t find it but called again to let me know that they found it! We picked it up two days later. I’m so thankful for their high integrity. Highly recommend staying here.

Do not stay here! Extremely overpriced, not worth it. The staff is extremely rude, especially front desk worker Zoe. They made multiple mistakes during my stay but ended up charging me for their mistake as well as scolding me for having my dog with me when it's a PET FRIENDLY hotel.

The parking lot is full of potholes!The owner really needs to make this a high priority to get it properly resurfaced with fresh asphalt right away.The hotel rates are definitely on the high side for a midweek stay.If I visit London, Ontario again I would definitely look for cheaper more affordable hotel rates. I would not stay at the Townplace Suites because their rates are too high in my opinion!

Staff was very friendly & welcoming. Room was very clean & bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
