I have dealt with this company since '93 including both new installations and service. The owner provides top notch customer service.Just recently I had the opener on a large shop door quit. The owner dropped by while heading back to the shop after another job to look at it. During discussion I determined I did not want a new opener but rather a repair of the old one since all my remotes would no longer work with a new opener since the operate on a different frequency since around 2017.While he was at my place he also made a small adjustment on one of the garage doors at the house and told me how to easily fix an issue with a gasket.The crew of two guys showed up in the afternoon after doing a large install in the morning before heading off to another service job, and installed the new gear in the broken opener and adjusted both shop doors. It was a pleasure to have them do the work in short order and have a friendly chat with.When I received the bill I was pleasantly surprised since the gear cost far less than estimated, and the labour charge was very reasonable considering there was no charge for the visit by the owner to assess the situation or travel charge for the repair like I have witnessed for house calls by service staff from other businesses.
