The store owner is super friendly and approachable. I was kindly greeted when I set foot to find a complete abundance of high quality (and affordable) gorgeous knit fabrics! Every shade of the rainbow is available in solids and there are some wicked cool patterned fabrics too! I highly recommend this store for anyone interested in knits specifically.:)

This is the warehouse for their online store, but they are happy to accommodate walk-in visitors. They have a carefully curated array of garment/apparel fabrics, wovens, & knits. They do have some corduroy, stretch velvet, and a few wools! The staff was highly knowledgeable, and definitely knew exactly what was in stock, so was easy to pick & choose. Prices are by the half-metre, and are middle-of-the-road. Parking is fairly limited, but not impossible. I highly recommend this shop (or their online store) if you are looking for something to make clothing with!

l'oiseau fabrics has a variety of specialty fabrics you may not be able to get in the regular fabric store. Check out their website as it is all available on there. You can come into the store also. Very helpful with product and recommendations for use of the material.

It's a warehouse, but you can do your pick up from the online store. Beautiful fabrics and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely order from them again.

This place has an incredible choice of good quality fabrics and a charming owner. I wish we knew about L'oiseau fabrics before. We will definitely buy more stylish fabrics there.

I walked in because I didn’t know it was an online store, but the staff member was friendly and accommodating. Fabric choice is on the small side but all beautiful fabrics with a great selection of materials/prints/colours. Prices are definitely better than big fabric stores. Highly recommended!
