Aurora Party Rentals

Unprofessional and rude.Tent installers damaged the sprinkler at the venue despite spending over an hour showing them where the lines were. No refund or apology offered. When pressed they reluctantly agreed to cover half the damages. Not the way I expect a business to conduct themselves.

We have used Aurora Party Rentals three times now and will continue to be a repeat customer! Lorna and her team are absolutely amazing. Not only are the rentals affordable and a wide variety, but the team is super accommodating and reliable. Lorna was gracious enough to give us insightful recommendations on items we may need for a party of ~60 people and when we arrived everything was ready to go. Easy pickup and drop off make for a seamless experience. Thank you so much Lorna and the Aurora Party Rental team for making our party planning easy, enjoyable, and stocked to the nines! Highly recommend their products to anyone.

Lorna from Aurora Party Rentals was extremely helpful, professional and accommodating during the time we worked together on my order. Her knowledge on what items to order and the quantity was on point. Not only did she answer every single one of my phone calls, but she was able to make changes on the fly and adjust as necessary. Coordinating a wedding for 100 guests would not have been possible without her. From the tent, to the chairs, plates, cutlery and linens- everything looked great. Lorna consistently delivered friendly and quality service and I am looking forward to ordering from her again in the future. Thank you Lorna!

Beware..Received the rentals a day late. The chairs were dirty, the tables were broken and filthy, the gold charger plates were all scratched, received different coffee cups, and they weren't an improvement. See other reviews with photos of the junk that they include in their rentals, taking advantage of consumers. When I asked for covers for the chairs or clean ones for my wedding the next day the owner told me I had 2 choices..the driver would put them back on the truck and I would have no chairs, or keep them as they are. They are not interested in your satisfaction. Once they have your credit card you are at their mercy.

Terrible experience. Lorna and Fern are the WORST vendors I've ever worked with. They were unresponsive to emails I had sent about getting a bill reimbursed for property damage from a tent spike to a sprinkler pipe during installation. When I reached out to them with a phone call they were automatically aggressive towards me and refused. It isn't about the money, it's about the principal. Incredibly disappointing way to run a business; treating clients this way and trying to justify fairness" by saying we were partially to blame for their negligence. This is all apart from the fact that their rentals are terribly outdated. Assume that any and all good reviews have been bought to dilute the real ones."

Website is impressive and pricing seems fair. Called the number and booked the required tables and chairs. Paid by credit card over the phone assuming pricing as per website. Once the items were delivered and the invoice produced it seemed there was both a minimum order charge as well as a higher delivery charge as noted over the phone. $122.50 quoted, $141.25 charged. The delivery team was very rude and inconsiderate. They would only unload the items to the front door and not even down a set of wide stairs into our party room. The items were also very old. The chairs are rusted and the tables completely worn out and damaged. Lots of stains on the wood top which looked like it was home made out of old wood lying around the farm. Definitely was expecting higher quality items. Note that for the almost the final invoice cost of the rental we could have purchased some new chairs and a folding table from Walmart.

A good selection of party supplies at reasonable prices. Great service! The staff were most accommodating when we needed to change our order. Delivery arrived promptly (and the deliveryman was even concerned that he may dirty my floors!). Pleasant and efficient on pickup. Don't let their bare bones showroom fool you....this party rental business offers great value and great service!

I would like to appreciate Aurora party rentals for supplying the equipments for our party exactly like how we expected and Special thanks to Lorna and the rest of the staff for the great customer service.
