Money Mart

This Money Mart is great,I’ve dealt with them for some time now. Every time I go I’m treated with such respect and professionalism.They definitely have a great team at this location.Thank you to everyone who works in this place for making my visits easy and efficient.Would go to this location again

that person is not polite and not respectful he is completely worth in communication with people and he is so sass person if he do that again i will call a police for him...

This is my 20th time in the store for a western union pickup . They never have the funds to pay out. All the time they come up with new reasons of not paying out the western union receive. Sometime their western union server is down, sometime they don’t have enough funds to payout etc. I am tired of this location and it’s customer service . They always direct me or the other clients to the next CASH MONEY western union location on same plaza . Reluctant customer service and zero professionalism.

They are very slow. You have to stand up for 30 minutes or more even if there is one customer. This people needs to be faster. They talk to each other. Not serving customers. Customers are waiting on the line for a long but they don't care. They are smiling with each other, talking. lol

Apparently they changed management lately seeing all these good comments and the guy that i dealt with today don't match. Hanging the phone on customers and when i went there he wouldn't even want to work pretending he doesn't have cash.i get it he might don't have cash but being rude wasn't a necessity neither on the phone or when i was there

Just went into this store yet again customer service needs to be improved. The man looked like he was ready to kill someone lol... Not sure if it's because I showed up right before closing but that was completely unacceptable!

My coresident is forced to use this place because of its nearby location. When I was in there with her on Tuesday for no reason they accused me of using her for her money when I accompanied her to cash her trustee cheque. For no reason whatsoer they forced me to leave this discriminatory pit and threatened to phone the police upon me if I returned there with her. I immediately demanded that they should do so as I had broken of no laws.. then they didn't want to, but had no justification for their grotesque malignment against me. Never go here!!!!! As you can see by photo we are dark and light skinned and of different ages. I have never been mistreated so badly in my entire life. It's not safe at this place black or white!!!!!!

I was there tonight and there was 2 workers and only one was helping and it was so busy and then the 2 worker just lefted while the store was full... never going here again
