Mobile Klinik Phase 4.Where do I begin? I dropped and cracked the screen of my Google Pixel 6 Pro. I called 3 other locations before I called Phase 4 and spoke to Terry. I felt like a tennis ball being passed around between Asurion and Mobile Klinik. Finally, I called the last number on my list which was Mobili Klinik inside West Edmonton Mall Phase 4. Terry was patient and nice enough to understand my frustration. I felt like a broken record having to repeat everything to someone else all over again. Having said what the issue was and how to move on from it. He told me something about the 3 other locations FAILED to do so. Did you know? That all you had to do was: leave them your name and number and for what device and what the issue is. And they'll call and make the order for your device that needs service? Within the next day, he called me back and told me they have the parts to fix my cracked screen and I can go there immediately to get it fixed! Because it was late and it takes 2 hours to get done. I had 0 issues leaving my phone with them overnight. And first thing in the morning the next day. Terry called me back and told me my phone is ready to be picked up. From client care, to customer service to just being pleasant to deal with in person. I am more than a happy camper with the kind of service I got from Terry inside West Edmonton Mall Phase 4. Even when he accidentally covered my front camera lens, they took care of it for me immediately! At NO charge! If you want someone nice, pleasant, honest and patient to work and deal with your issue. Please... Go see them. Even Gaby was so nice and pleasant when I told her my camera lens got covered with the new screen. Good employees and excellent service is hard to come by these days. Brought my iPhone 11 Pro here for a screen replacement. I thought it was fine but a few hours later I got a notification saying it’s not an authentic apple screen… This was not disclosed to me and didn’t expect aftermarket for the price I paid. I also bought a otter box defender phone case and he tried to jam it in without opening the hard plastic case up and proceed to drop my phone in the process. Do not recommend bringing your phone here!!

They saved me big time. I had brought my iphone into apple to replace my battery. I had apple care so it was free. However when they were replacing it something happened to my screen. They are going to replace my phone but they didn't have any iphone 8 in stock. Well I needed a phone but didn't really want to buy a brand new phone. I came here and got an iphone x for a very reasonable price. It was a holiday and they were closing soon but were very helpful and profennisal. Would definitely buy from here again.

Don’t not go here bad customer service rude and all the products is cheap screen olny last about a month they say if anything go wrong to take it back but that a lie

Despite instantly correcting the problem, it seems to have come back. I took my Red iphone 13 to replace a camera lens. Camera worked perfectly fine up until then just had a slight crack. After the install it struggles to focus on an object now, so i’ll need to go to the Apple Store and spend more to fix the mess

Sent me away twice because they needed to order parts for my phone. When I came back the first time the part they needed to order didn't exist? The second time I came back they blamed my issue on solar flare. This whole ordeal took 3 weeks. New staff perhaps? What ever the reason, I knew they were in over their heads the moment I walked in. I went to the other location in WEM and they ordered the parts and fixed my phone in a week.

These guys are AMAZING!! I would never take my phone anywhere else for repair. I was at the Telus store just down the way at West Edmonton Mall, and they sent me over here. Telus was unable to port over my text messages but Terry and the guys had no problem making it happen for me. While we were waiting, he explained why they were unable to port my texts (Telus didn't realize I was using one of two Samsung text apps), but Terry was immediately able to diagnose the issue. Also while I was waiting, Terry answered a handful of questions I had about cellphones and even took some phone parts to visually show me what he was explaining.GREAT customer service from these guys!

Most helpful manager around, I've been here twice because I'm beyond clumsy with my phones. They have always repaired my phones for an extremely fair price, given me great deals and done an awesome job. I work in construction and my phones get trashed and every time I bring it in for a repair it comes out looking brand new.They even take the time to clean ports and speakers and are extremely pleasant to deal with, helpful and knowledgeable.Thank you guys
