We have bought multiple pieces of furniture and appliances from Fast and have never been disappointed! Warren, Wyatt and all of the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of quality pieces and prices are very competitive! I would definitely recommend them without hesitation!!

My calendar reminder popped up just before march 2021 saying that my warranty was just about up, so I called fast furniture to verify this before claiming my instore credit for not using it. They said their records showed that it wasn't until the following year march 2022 . I shouldn't of trusted them. when I called today they said that was wrong and it actually was march 2021. I didn't expect or ask them to fix this because i am well over that date now, this is just a heads up if you do deal with them. Keep your own copy of any agreements.

I have only ever written two reviews regarding companies in my life and this is one of them.We purchased our couch in February 2021. Our sales associate was informative, nice and overall very helpful. We decided on a Canadian made Dynasty couch. The sales associate joked that our children would be taking the couch with them to college it was that good of quality.The sales associate also discussed an extended warranty. This couch was the only thing we purchased brand new for our home. Other things were gifted from parents and second hand. We opted in to the $500 extended warranty.Nine months after the purchase of our couch, the fabric on the chaise started to thin and very quickly ripped.I reported the rip asap to the store manager, Warren. During my explantation of the fabric he interrupted me stating that the store’s manufacturer warranty only covered defects in the couch and not negligence or misuse and the warranty will only cover the repair at his discretion. I attempted to advise him we are a family of five that sit on the couch and of course the chaise is the most sought after spot but we do not “misuse” nor were we “negligent” of the couch. Warren said he was “going to stop me right there” and that he “would not be paying any money for the repair of the couch” but that he would be happy to forward on my concern to the manufacturer or “provide me the name of a local upholsterer”. I attempted to inquire if there would be any compensation if I inquired to an upholster the cost… Warren ‘scoffed’ and said “oh no as I said I won’t be covering any of the cost for this it is obvious the couch was mishandled by the owners”. His tone was rude, argumentative and dismissive. When I attempted to argue that the couch was less than a year old, that the purchaser (me) paid an extra $500 for an extended warranty and that the defect was on the chaise, the part of the couch that is the most often used, how someone could conclude it was misused vs a fabric defect, Warren stated “let’s not try and make up scenarios you and I both know aren’t true”. He also informed the couch extended warranty was “only for stains on the fabric and only if the stain could not be removed THEN they would repair the fabric”.The Dynasty company returned an email to Warren stating they too would not be covering the cost of the couch and that they had a “fabric specialist” examine the pictures we submitted which concluded “misuse of the couch”. Warren was less than sympathetic stating “yeah I was hoping for a different outcome for you guys but let me know if you need the name of a local re-upholsterer”.That same day I spoke to Dynasty. I discussed my situation with someone and they fairly quickly agreed to cover the cost of the fabric repair.Within a month, someone repaired the couch at the expense of the manufacturer.It is now November of 2022 and the spring in the couch is broken. I will not be calling fast furniture as I already know what the answer will be. We bought a very expensive lemon.My advice is to not purchase anything from this store. This was the second couch I have ever purchased, the first one was over 11 years old before we decided to sell it and used that money to buy a new couch. The old couch I had, had some minor colour fading as it was leath-aire and not fabric but was otherwise in great condition.The couch we purchased from Fast Furniture was over $2300 including an extended warranty that apparently only works for stains and at the discretion of a very pompous owner. My husband and I work full time and work very hard. This was not meant to be a 1-2 year purchase for our home. It isn’t just the poor quality of the very expensive item we purchased but the way we were treated. I told Warren several times how surprised and shocked I was to have him speak to a customer in the way he did and to not take any responsibility for a very expensive item that was purchased from his store that less than a year later was defective.

Bought some pieces online. Good quality for the cost. Bought a mattress and box spring. Warranty good for 10 years. Make sure to get a mattress cover. Items arrived by truck. Good customer service.

Stopped in today for some pricing on a washer and dryer set, the owners Warren & Wyatt were very kind and welcoming. The sales associate Sam took the time to go into detail on our different options and was very helpful and informative. Overall we had very positive experience at Fast Furniture and are happy to support a local business!
