Seth and the team were really helpful with my Tern Overland window orders. They went above and beyond in answering my question and making sure I get the right windows for my custom build.

Thanks to John and Christina!I needed some Tern Overland products; they had them in stock, and were a pleasure to deal with. And, I got to look at some sweeeeeet vans while picking the parts up.

I have worked with John and his team a number of times for minor upgrades and repairs to my 2013 Mercedes Sprinter before I sold it. His team is extremely knowledgeable and their attention to detail is second to none. Already planning a future van and will not hesitate to work with the Nomad Vanz crew.

I went to there place after a heater issue (general components)They told me that they checked it and cleaned it and told me Now it works" (in June)We went to another place in September to buy a maintenance kit for this heater

We have been a good customer to Nomad Vanz. Between May 2021 and now, we have paid Nomad Vanz $106,800.25 for parts. Our business has ordered four Adventure Wagon kits through Nomad Vanz as Adventure Wagon made Nomad Vanz their only dealer for all of Canada. We’ve also purchased other components from Nomad Vanz over the past 6 years.Nomad Vanz has always been slow and sometimes inaccurate.Nomad Vanz can take months to submit an order, even waiting as long as month after payment is sent. Orders can be shipped incorrectly. 2 of 3 received Adventure Wagon kits have been incorrect and Nomad Vanz had to re-ship. Once we were informed a kit arrived at their facility as they cross ship for Adventure Wagon and we asked them to confirm components are included. While they emailed us to say yes – once the kit arrived, we found those components were missing. Eventually we have gotten the correct items – until now.Our forth Adventure Wagon kit we asked to cancel as Mercedes cancelled the van order. While Jan 2023 Adventure Wagon and Nomad Vanz agreed to cancel the order, for 3 months and counting we have been waiting for the agreed upon refund.The last email from John, the owner, was on Feb 28 2023 and he said the cheque was on route. No reply to our emails of concern that perhaps the cheque got lost in the mail. On March 24 2023 Nomad Vanz asked for shipping fee payment for our third kit. We noted the refund hadn’t been sent and since they still owe us money that they should proceed with shipment. They did.Adventure Wagon has since confirmed our 3rd kit was over a month late arriving to us because Nomad Vanz didn’t pay them until March 2023. We paid Nomad Vanz in full November 2022.Adventure Wagon has also confirmed they received no payment for the cancelled kit. Nomad Vanz has been benefiting from that payment for nearly 5 months and counting now.Edit to update: Christina told Adventure Wagon she posted" a refund on April 14th. On April 18th Christina told Adventure Wagon a cheque was in the mail. On April 21st John told Adventure Wagon they hadn't mailed the refund yet.Edit 2 to update: On May 1st we received a cheque for 95% and on May 11th our bank removed the hold. When John emailed us informing of the cheque on route he said the final 5% would be returned if we removed this review."

Called for info on van builds. Didn’t get any info. Asked to talk to a different person but was rejected. Told them I’d find another builder. Poor customer service.
