Great job in replacing our window. Wouldn't even know they took all the custom wood casing out and returned it back to normal. On time and reasonably priced. Two thumbs up.

I broke the back window on my car the day that they were closing for the Christmas holiday. Shayne had a replacement window arrive the next day and installed it. I was upset the window broke, but, so grateful that they were able to replace it so quickly!

Had my windshield replaced. They broke the clips that hold the glass surround in place but instead of replacing the clips they piled on a gob of silicone to hold it in place. The silicone turned into a big lump and created a gap between the glass and the frame and now my windshield is whistling because of wind getting between the gap. Haven't had any rain yet but I would imagine water will ingress and cause condensation. I called the owner of Mountain Glass and he was pretty high and mighty about it all. He didn't tell me they broke the clips until AFTER I signed the ICBC claim documents and sent me home with green painter's masking tape holding down my windshield.

Didn't test for leaks after they replaced my windshield but paid for my labour to have a new windshield put on... better off going to a chain.thanks for covering replacement fees :)

Smashed my sideview mirror while vacationing in Whistler. Called these guys up toward the end of the day and they fit me in right away and had me fixed up with a new mirror in under 30 minutes for next to nothing in cost. Shout out to Jesse who took care of the job from beginning to end.
