Great environment. Everyone in class is very friendly and welcoming, and the instructor is very passionate about teaching and helping all students improve. Definitely recommend!

Bad Day Survival Krav Maga
Great place to self defense! The instructor, Shayne, is very attentive to the students and has a true passion for not only Krav Maga but also teaching. Classes are fun and high energy, would highly recommend for anyone looking to learn how to defend themselves and get in shape.
