Eleanor Lake, beauty little beach almost hidden from the hustling highway, barring the barrage of mosquitoes and the cold water, its a beauty to enjoy with soft sands and a lovely little dock. If someone is passing through the highway and need a break, this lake is only 2 minutes from the highway, highly recommended.

Small sized lake in the center of town, would be excellent place to take kids as the lake is shallow and the change rooms are large and well kept

Heck yes! What a little gem just off the beaten path. A great beach for kids... Includes swimming, gazebos, picnic tables, a playground and a beach volleyball court.This place reminds me of being a kid in a small town - they have a concession and lifejackets you can borrow if your kids need support. Blue river is lucky to have such a beautiful place! We picked a few huckleberries on the path around the lake too - yum!

Beautiful little lake to stop at during a long drive. Nice new playground and beach area too. Might get to see a train up close too!

Great place to stop and cool off when driving on highway 5. Easy to get to, from the highway.
