Words cannot describe how grateful I am for the entire team at Victoria Rd Animal Hospital. They have been incredibly patient with myself and my dog along with all of his medical mysteries. It feels like they are just as determined as me to figure out what is going with him. They are also very thorough, honest, and practical. I really appreciate the follow up calls to see how is doing, along with the entire staff offering support. Overall very positive experience and I feel like my dog is in good hands.

We have been clients of Victoria Road Animal Hospital since 2005. Dr. Harris is a kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable vet. A wonderful comfortable place for all of your companion animals.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They seem to really care and regularly check up with our pets and can always fit them in whenever we have an issue. We have been coming here for many years and will never go to a different vet.

Victoria Road Vets is amazing. On top of excellent care of now 2 cats they took us on in an emergency situation when other vets would not. The care they show the animals and their humans is really amazing. Victoria Rd Vet was recommended by another client they have .

I cannot say enough good things about the entire Victoria Road team! I take both my 5 year old frenchie as well as my 2.5 year old berner here, and would not trust any other veterinary team with their care. All of the staff have always been incredibly welcoming and kind to us, never hesitating to answer any questions I have about my dogs’ care, and often going above and beyond to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. Also, a very special thank you to Dr. Meg for always making myself and my dogs feel safe and welcome when we come in for appointments of any kind with her. My dogs actually like going to the vet because of her!! Thank you all for everything you do, my pups and I truly appreciate it!

Dr Harris is super helpful and explains everything very well. We go for both our 17 year old dog and 4 year old dog.

Dr. Harris is good. And most of the vet staff are good to us and my dog. My family is also serviced by Dr. Harris and team. Thank you for putting up with Phoenix (Phenny) our anxious boy!

Can’t say enough about the staff that work there. Such a positive atmosphere and everyone is willing to help. The culture of the animal hospital is amazing. Keep up the great work. Aspen loves coming to see all of you.

I feel very grateful to be a client of VRAH and would give them 6/5 starts if I could. The entire staff are absolutely phenomenal and clearly love and care for each of their patients as their own. As the guardian of a very difficult fear reactive dog, it means a lot that this team sees him for the great dog he is, despite his challenges, and they are always willing to meet him where he is at. Drs Harris, Melillo, and Buchanan have all been extremely supportive and patient with our boy, and have always gracefully allowed us to cut appointments short if he is too overwhelmed. The RVTs and vet assistant/client care staff are beyond exceptional as well, they treat even the smallest concerns with great care. The VRAH team are so communicative and ensure that you always understand what and why they recommend for your pet and always provide owners with all of the appropriate options. Normally I am not in the room for procedures, however today I was present and want to specifically express my appreciation for Dr Buchanan, RVT Emma, and Anna for their wonderfully compassionate, expert work with Whiskey today, and their thoughtful advice and help with Rye. Truly a top class hospital that I feel very safe entrusting my four-legged family member’s health with.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic! Their receptionists, specialists, and vet are all incredible. Patient, compassionate, and kind.I came to them in crisis. They fit my first appt in as urgent same-day care when my kitty was not well and I'd had a very negative experience at another vet. Even being a new client, they gave me their time and attention, as much as I needed, in my dear BB's final days. Both in my visit to the clinic with her, and all my many calls and visits without her, they gave me as much time as I needed. They helped support, advise, and were never pushy. They were always willing to go with my wishes and decisions.It was such a relief knowing I could rely on them in my most difficult days, and that I'd get to ask my many questions and share my observations on my dear kitty's condition with people who know what they're doing and care. I appreciate that the receptionists help however they can, and are knowledgeable! but they also check with the vet when they need to. This was not the case with my negative experience at another vet.The vet and all the staff helped me make difficult decisions, communicated well, and upon my request, referred me to a wonderful mobile vet (I left them a review on here too!) when the time came to put my beloved kitty down. She was my first pet and meant so much to me, and this clinic totally got that. I will be bringing my new rescue kitty in to this vet come spring. After all they've done for me, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
