Let me first say that, I have dealt with all the mobility aid stores in Lethbridge and by far Leading Edge Mobility (Used to be MediChair) is the most courteous and client friendly store. The staff is so helpful making sure all your needs are met, not by being pushy but by being empathetic to your circumstances. I deal primarily with Chris and he has gone above and beyond of what’s to be expected from customer service. He came into my home and was extremely respectful while answering my questions and making sure and making all our bases were covered when ordering a new power wheelchair. Leading Edge has been fantastic to work with. They were great in helping me find a wheelchair and understanding the AADL process. Taylor is very knowledgeable! Terry put hand controls into my van and they have been awesome.

I am continually impressed by Leading Edge Mobility. Taylor assisted in pairing me with my second power chair. He was patient with me as I trialed many types of wheelchairs. I am so appreciative of the after care I got once I received my chair as well. He was very patient and took the time to ensure the settings were to my liking and that I was comfortable with using my new chair. He was honest when I asked about add ons, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. He definitely made the transition to a new wheelchair as seemless as possible. Picking a new wheelchair is HUGE decision and I felt that Taylor understood how important a wheelchair is to person with mobility challenges.
