When I got in, I just said WOW . Such an excellent service. I got such a premium service there and the customer service is very friendly. I recommend this store very much. Thank you for giving e such a great service.

Dealt with Bryan on a recent coat purchase. Very well versed with the brand, and had my coat tailored twice for the perfect fit. Highly recommend.

A lot of sizes were not present but the stock accociate tried to help as much as she could

I used to love their behaviour before but recently when I went there to check out some of the items, the asian representatives there did not even greet us. They had this snobbish behaviour towards us. Being a loyal burberry customer this is not something I expect from Burberry.

Sophia’s behavior was disgusting. Pushed me to do something I was uncomfortable with just so she could make a sale so it’s not a “time waster” for her, cause problems for you in the system because of things done wrong on her end, then has the audacity to give you issues about it in the future.Such weasely behaviour. This type of attitude seems to show up a lot at this location. Feel free to pay (a premium) to get disrespected here.

Arrogant sales rep. no service was provided at all. I am most certainly not going to stepping foot into the store again. When I went to LV/ Chanel later of the day, the service I have received was way more friendlier. Why pay a premium price for Burberry to get such poor service? People who work here should get proper training. They should stop being too stuffed head and arrogant. Bad customer serving skills.

My husband and I made our first visit to the store today and Joey promptly greeted us. I was interested in a trench coat and he asked for my sizing and colour preference before disappearing to the storeroom and returning with a few different designs. The first coat he brought back fitted like a glove. Joey helped me put the coat on and showed us a few different ways to tie the belt. He was thoughtful, polite and professional. Then, he had to go somewhere, but his colleague, Melody stepped in and attended to us. Because we loved the look of the my new coat so much that my husband ended up getting one in a similar design as well. Both Melody and then Sophie assisted us with the second coat. The two ladies were equally friendly and helpful. Today, Burberry definitely left us with a wonderful and lasting impression. We'd love to visit again soon.
