Rachel provides professional yet caring, excellent service to her clients. I always enjoy my appointments, never feel rushed, always feel listened to and cared about and I leave with my skin feeling fabulous, I feel rested (I do fall asleep!) and rejuvenated! I honestly recommend Rachel to everyone!

Buy far the best facial iv ever had. Extremely professional and one of the best wedding makeup artists on the island. I cant recommend this business any more then i already do. FAVOURITE!!!

Extremely unprofessional experience. hired for wedding on July 8th 2023, and at first everything seemed ok. She asked for a deposit twice but I didn't think much of it at the time but I had no idea this pattern would repeat itself so much.I booked a brow/lash tint after some time as I hadn't heard from her in a while and wanted to get some sort of discussion going about trial dates etc. This was in February... Still no trial. Fast forward again to April I ask about a trial.. she doesn't want to book one until nearly the end of June! .. trial comes and it's like nothing I sent for inspo was even looked at. She did a hairstyle I specifically said i DIDNT want, asked me the same question repeatedly, didn't remember even meeting me before, and glued my eyelashes together at one point even.The makeup aged me horribly, was patchy and not natural looking and was not at all what I asked for. She told me she had limited time for my trial and when I said I didn't like the look she seemed like she didn't care at all and packed up her tools. A gf of mine witnessed this. Though she later tried to claim I said nothing about it at the time. I reached out to her and explained in detail what I was unhappy with and asked if I was being clear on my expectations and what she thought as a professional" we could do differently. This was ignored for days so i sent a follow up. she acknowledged getting msg but offered no solutions whatsoever.I had a pre wedding facial booked which had a $100 deposit already put down on it and when I asked for a second trial and she said she couldn't accomodate me I offered my facial apt time to do a second trial instead thinking I'll give her another shot. Morning of the second trial I get an email saying she is cancelling and cannot rebook. At this point I'm very fed up with her constantly changing her quotes

Rachel is lovely! I had such a relaxing facial. I'm looking forward to getting my wedding makeup and hair done by her!

Highly recommend Enhance Beauty! Rachel goes above and beyond making sure my eyebrows turn out perfect- I’m always so happy with them! She even added a touch of makeup afterward when I was on my way to a dinner!

Rachel is the Queen of eyebrows.. long may she reign!! Despite having dark features, my eyebrows are quite light and sparse, but I always feel like a new person after she works her wax and tint magic. Her studio is so inviting, relaxing and clean. She is simply the best and I can’t wait to book a facial!!
