EDIT: (see below for original review). Just went through the drive-thru this morning, and I was just about physically sick when I was inches away from biting down on a breakfast sandwich with multiple visible mold colonies (see images). I can't see how anyone could possibly construct this sandwich and *not* notice the mold. To me, this is a sign of poor inventory control and handling. I will *not* be returning to this location.---This used to be my favorite local Timmies. They usually recognized me, knew my usual order, and got it right every time. About 3 months ago they went through some sort of wholesale staffing change. Now they constantly get my order wrong (hey, if I pay to have bacon added to my sandwich, you’d better actually put it on the sandwich). Drive-thru wait times have increased and the quality of breakfast sandwich assembly has gone downhill (seriously, how difficult is it to put a sandwich together?)

worst timmy’s ever.you sit in the line up for 20 mins 3 cars in front.ordered 2 coffees exactly the same.i’m even tryed to stick up for them saying breakfast rush…..but costumer service is lacking bad!if i could give 0 stars i would super disappointing

The only tims by my work.Constantly order white hot chocolate with chai tea bags and this is what they hand us. Just over 2 inches of room from the top. What a waste of money. The funny part is any other tim hortons makes sure it’s filled to the top. How strange!

Apathetic and disconnected service. Rude communication. Poor food quality. Coffee is watery and acidic, usually served burnt or cold. Orders are rarely made properly. Go somewhere local instead!

Unbelievable slow. Entire order was incorrect. They toasted the wrong side of our bagels. There is somehow avocado in my b.e.l.t. Hash brown soggy. Wasn’t even during the breakfast or lunch rush. 3 people ahead of me yet it literally took 20 minutes. Honestly astounded.

I rarely post food reviews but this is an exception.Oh, brace yourself for this one. So, picture this: I stroll into a food joint, mustering up all my patience, and make a simple request for a loaded bowl. But oh, the universe decides to have a laugh and bestow upon me a loaded wrap instead! How absolutely hilarious! I mean, why not just completely disregard my order and hand me something entirely different? Truly, customer satisfaction at its finest.But wait, it gets even better. In their attempt to rectify the situation, they manage to refund me the wrong amount. Ah, the sheer genius! Who needs accuracy when you can just randomly punch numbers into the register? I must say, their attention to detail is simply astounding.And as the cherry on top of this masterfully crafted customer service sundae, we have the manager's rudeness. Ah, yes, the pièce de résistance. Because nothing quite says We value your patronage" like a manager who excels in the art of being impolite. How fortunate I am to have had the privilege of encountering such a gem.All in all

Absolutely vile food quality. Brown wilted lettuce, slimy tomatoes that look to have gone bad, raw slimy bacon, burnt bun. Can't even risk eating this because they clearly don't care about food safety/quality. Just nasty. Done with this Tim Hortons and maybe in general.

This used to be one of the Best Tim Hortons. Now it is the worst by far. Under staffed, slow, food is rushed. Terrible experience

Drive through is usually not too busy like the Rutland location seems to always be. But I’ve gotten ASSORTED Tim bits 3 times over the last month and each time I’ve gotten only birthday cake and sour cream glazed. Disappointing when you want to have the actual assortment of chocolate glazed, jelly filled, plain glazed, honey glazed. I guess you need to ask which Tim bits they have before you order. But it would be nice of them to tell you if they don’t have the full assortment.
