I got my mobility scooter (Invacare Leo) the day after ordering it. Most other places had 2-3 week lead times. They also provided financing when nobody else would at reasonable terms. The whole process was done online and very quickly.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund for a product I never picked up. Will be contacting my bank next. I wouldn’t buy or rent from this company.Edit: I received a refund following my reviews and a they sent me a strongly worded email at 2am. Also *BEWARE*: my credit card was compromised after making this purchase. I would not suggest dealing with this company. Amazon has knee walkers and would suggest purchasing from there instead.

Renting the Knee Walker scooter was an awesome experience. Picked up at their convenient location and had for two months. Made moving around the house so much easier. My husband put my bicycle bell on the scooter and I was to ring it when I was moving around the house lol. Rented for a month and before I could call and extend, they contacted me to see if I needed it further. I rented for a second month. Awesome customer service, thank you and I highly recommend.

This has been the worse experience of my life , after cancelling the purchase order for a mobility scooter,this company will not give me a refund, they put my purchase thru my credit card immediately but when I spoke to them to see when I would get my refund they tell me that my Credit card company owes me the money not Kneewalkerscanada.com.I am not sure how they reason that but I will leave it now for a court case to inform them.Be wise get any conversations with them in writing but better yet don’t deal with them !
