Kirsh, the gentleman serving our group was professional and takes his job seriously.He makes the sandwich look like the menu.Kudo's to doing a job right.

Have been the to store three times and had a decent experience the first time . However the last two times I was absolutely not satisfied with the service I got . My order is simple a regular assorted with extra tomato onion and lots of hot peppers. On the last two occasions the employee just smiled and acted like they didn’t hear my request for extra vegetables. So today I asked again quite clearly for the extra veg .The lady immediately gave me huge attitude and sprinkled a tiny bit more onion on and even less hot peppers. There was no way I was getting more tomato.This is the last time I will be attending this store and possibly any other Mr Sub location . You can see in the picture the bare minimum was given even if it was a regular order

Best lunch hour place and love their crispy chicken wrap, you must try it...

Never had a bad experience at Mr Sub till today, worst guy to make your sub. Asked for fresh lettuce and was still provided yellow/brown looking lettuce. Said this what we have ... Disgusting..

Very clean location Mr Sub is a Canadian great was close to this location so I came by. Had a 12 Inc Louisiana chicken, the chicken was not warm after she grilled my sub was much better.Mr Sub should retrain all their stuff on how to cut the bread of a sandwich. Why is it that the lady working today had to use her wrist and her Palm which is full of hair and not protected by her gloves to hold my bun down to cut it it was hard to eat to the point that I saw her and I had to throw it out. Mr Sub train your employees on how to cut the bread this is the second time it has happened

I love Mr Sub. It’s so much better than Subway AND it’s a Canadian business. I wish there were more locations like there used to be. So good.

I’m literally writing this in the parking lot looking at the store. Unfortunately, this is the only Mr. Subs in the Maple so I have to come to this one. Normally the gentleman and the lady that are here are actually really good friendly nice helpful. But today the guy who was there was horrible dropping things not putting the subs together correctly. Just slapping it on not listening to the ingredients that I want. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience today, I asked for his name because I wanted to let Mr. Subs know of what a bad job he was doing or the owner of this location and apparently he cannot give out his name all I know is that if I come back and he is here they will not have my business with that kind of person serving food. and when did they stop washing their hands between customers?

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. As a local resident, I occasionally have to grab a late meal after work. According to their posted closing time of 11 pm, I assumed I would be able to dine in. However, on two separate occasions, I was informed by the same staff member that the dining area was already closed, despite arriving well before closing time. The first time, I let it slide, but tonight (Tuesday), I arrived at 9:50 pm, over an hour before closing, only to be turned away once again. I politely asked why I couldn't eat inside for just 10 minutes, but the staff member dismissively claimed that all restaurants follow this policy. This response was both condescending and disrespectful. It is evident that this individual is more interested in avoiding additional cleanup than providing proper service. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I intend to file a complaint with the head office to address this issue.The lack of respect and professionalism displayed by the staff member I encountered is deeply disheartening. Being denied the opportunity to dine inside, especially when arriving well before closing time, is frustrating and inconvenient. It is clear that the staff member's actions were driven by laziness rather than any legitimate reason. Closing the dining area over an hour before the designated closing time demonstrates a lack of consideration for customers and a disregard for providing a positive dining experience. I believe it is crucial for the head office to be aware of this issue, and I eagerly anticipate their response to rectify this matter promptly.

The food was excellent and so was the service. I had the TEX-MEX BLACK BEAN which was awesome.They were very conscientious about gluten allergies. I was impressed by taste and their taste as well.

Bun was dry, bacon in my club sub was cold, nothing tasted fresh. And what was the deal with the music? Never coming to this location again.
