This guy is very busy...I could tell right from the start. Either way that means your good at what you do. Long story short he looked after me and when I encountered a small hiccup he even responded after hours.. He was very polite and knows his stuff! ....Thanks Pool Robot Guy. You Rock!!!

I would like to counter the negative 1 star reviews because I see it totally differently - I had the very opposite reaction in my experience with one of PRG's techs, Arthur, and want to commend Arthur for his honesty and integrity that will make me a customer for life. I had him inspect my 4-year old Hayward Aquavac 600, which stopped working after a couple of uses this year and I had already replaced the battery control unit and some belts last year. He called back to tell me that the cord definitely needed replacing and a couple of other items that would cost $500 in total, and then he floored me by saying but I would not recommend doing so because your motor maybe has another year or so

I had PRG inspect my 7-year old Polaris P935, which stopped working after a couple of uses this year. I was told that the power pack/motor required replacing at a cost of $650 but the tech stated “I would not recommend doing so as something else could go wrong and you should consider buying a new one. Amazing service

Recently had the pleasure of working with Arthur to get my pool robot repaired. Even though they couldn’t reproduce the error codes at the shop (always the way things go) Arthur did all he could’ve done to get the robot working for me.Fortunately we troubleshoot the issues and he has got it working again and I couldn’t be happier with Arthur’s commitment to solving our issues!

I was recommended to them by Hayward for warranty work. Within 3 weeks of getting it back it stopped working. Ive tried emailing and calling but seems to get me nowhere. They did ask if its still under warranty, id say 3 weeks is hardly a fix.Hayward will be getting notified on not to recommending this company anymore.Follow up. Pool Robot Guy did call me to discuss the review. They made it clear that it was not there fault but Haywards for the long wait and for the cleaner to stop working again, which is understandable. Im still not the happiest with the lack of communication on trying to get the cleaner back in to get fixed which is the reason why i've brought it somewhere else.

Got Arther's name from my pool supplier, have a Polaris P945 that started giving me problems. Called Arthur and after a short conversation decided to drop off the unit for an inspection. He called back later that day with a quote. Gave him the go ahead and had the machine back within 2 days. He was was polite, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of repair person for pool cleaners.

STAY AWAY. Do not use this company. I brought my robot pool cleaner in for repair (Rene), they told me they could not get the parts. When I returned to pick up robot, they gave me in return an older model of my machine back. I went home to confirm with my paperwork and S/N did not match machine they gave back to me. I brought machine to company I bought it from, they confirmed it was not machine they sold me. Sean (owner) refused to acknowledge my complaint and brushed me off. STAY AWAY.

Pool robot guy was seamless and effective at handling the repair (and eventual replacement) of our Hayward pool robot … that was only a couple years old. Prompt service and excellent customer service.Highly recommend for your pool robot repair needs!
