Took my sister to MyCar to get her very first car. Traditionally car dealership have a reputation for being shady. However my experience here was fantastic and very honest.Nick Bowley was the sales rep that took us through the entire process of finding her the perfect vehicle. He was very patient and put us into many vehicles to test drive before we were able to narrow down a 2022 Honda Civic that fit all her needs. He even stayed 2 hours late one night to make sure we drove all the cars we drove out to see.Nick made sure throughout the entire process that we were kept up to date and had the vehicle looking brand new on delivery day.I would 100% recommend MyCar to anyone and specifically Nick if you want a great and personalized experience.

I just took home my new car on June 22, 2023. Overall, it was a great experience. Nick was my sales rep and was fantastic. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions….and let me tell you I had ALL the questions! He answered every single one of them, and for the questions he didn’t have an immediate answer he took the time to go and find the answer. He was very quick to reply to any messages left and was kind and welcoming throughout the whole process. I am very skeptical of people and businesses when making new large purchases however, my trust has been earned with Nick and MyCar. If you find yourself on the hunt for a new used vehicle, Nick at MyCar, is the guy you need to see.

I purchased an SUV from Nick a few week's back. His friendly demeanor was palpable and he immediately made me feel at ease. Any questions I asked were met with quick answers, and any answers that he didn't have, he would ensure to find them. I appreciated his sincerity and his attention to detail. If you are looking for a salesperson for your next car, I highly recommend Nick.

I had an excellent experience with MyCar! Erik was great to work with, was very responsive, and went above and beyond answering any questions I had. My parents recommended this dealership to me- they purchased cars from MyCar three times and have had no issues.This is a no-hassle, low-pressure dealership and I would highly recommend them. I absolutely love my new car and will undoubtedly consider buying from MyCar again in the future.

Best car dealership ever! Don’t hesitate to give these guys a chance. Tim and T.C are the best they made me feel secure and comfortable no pressure, they let me pick what I wanted. I have had bad experience with other dealership in the pass, this is by far the best. I will recommend to anyone and I will definitely be returning in the future to buy from them again.

Very pleased with the customer service! Erik was very good to deal with when it came to purchasing my new truck, he answered all of the questions I had. I didn’t feel pressured into anything as I have at many other used car dealerships. Was also great dealing with Tony as well! He explained all the financing and everything very clearly and made it easy to understand. Overall very pleased with the purchase experience here! Highly recommend.

Ill start off by saying I dealt with Tim in sales and Tony in financing. Both of these gentlemen were as friendly and professional as you can get! They treated me like a valued customer, even though it was my first time in the dealership.My experience buying a car overall was fantastic. This is my first time buying a used car, and it couldn't have been easier. Saw the car on a Thursday, got it the Saturday all clean and ready to go. Super happy with my purchase, and will be back in the future! Thanks a bunch for the great experience!

By far my best experience in buying a vehicle. Tim made me feel right at ease with his no pressure approach. He walked me through the process, ensuring I understood everything, and giving me expert advice to assist in my vehicle selection. TC was totally amazing with the financial side of the process, providing fantastic insight and advice, which was instrumental in my deciding the best option for me. I felt so at ease during my time at My Car, when I was talking with Tony I did not even realize he was the owner, he was so down to earth and friendly, just like his staff. I highly recommend My Car Ottawa!
