This place is off the scale. 9am any Saturday morning the parking lot is full and there are lines 10 people long to get in. Sabletine in a highlight of Waterloo. Not kidding, or exaggerating. There are no adjectives or superlatives that accurately Sabletine pastries. ‘Perfect’ is even redefined by their croissants. The cherry almond danish is a religious experience. There is no UberEats or delivery from here, show up or miss out.

My favourite bakery in KW. Absolutely love the milk bread, the croissants, brownie cookies, meringues, and the macarons of course! Was lucky enough to enjoy a luxury chocolate cake for my birthday this year and it was so decadent and delicious. Wish they would open another location closer to where they used to be, but anytime I'm in north Waterloo now it's an excuse to stop in.

Absolutely delicious! Daughter said that we haven't tasted croissants like this and I would agree. The chocolate and almond butter croissants were flaky, buttery, and flavourful, with good quality chocolate. There was a long lineup of 10+ people when we arrived at 11 am on Sun, a half hour after opening, and after eating these, I can see why. There was a great selection of options and it was cute inside. Staff were friendly and efficient, and did well trying to keep people moving through. Prices were reasonable and less than we have seen elsewhere. We're looking forward to trying EVERYTHING on the menu eventually. Compared with the other trendy croissant place Hazukido, I would say they are equal in presentation and appearance, but these guys definitely have them beat on flavour.

Incredible selection of pastries. I’ve absolutely loved almost everything I’ve gotten.Highlights have been the cream bun, almond croissant, regular croissant, both the chocolate chunk and ginger cookie, vanilla meringue and orange flower brioche.Great French bread loafs, I find their baguettes to be pretty hard though. Coffee is decent too.

This place makes THE BEST croissants in the region FOR SURE.I would say in the world, but I haven't traveled enough ;)My stomach is sad that we moved further away, but my wallet is happy.I will come here again and again. Their other treats are also amazing but NOTHING beats their almond croissants!

A cute, quaint spot to relax with a cup of coffee/tea and watch the world go by as you enjoy the quality desserts. The atmosphere was very relaxing with quite a few spots to sit and enjoy your treats. There is background music playing softly so you can chat. The employees were friendly as well. The macarons were really good and so were the other desserts. Parking behind the shop with a back entrance which was really convenient. Overall a lovely experience.

Excellent variety of deliciousness from sweet to savory! The quiche is excellent, the pastries are top knotch... This is not your average bakery, this is a true Patisserie and the prices reflect that. Not cheap, but worth the price.Dangerous having this so close to home.
