rude customer service (there was a lady behide the coun) very unhygienic (they weren't wearing gloves when serving, she touched money then the food) and ingredients weren't fresh and they tried to give me fries that were sitting there for over 10mins. Would not recommend this place or go back, very disappointing, I asked for a bag to take my left over food home and she refused to serve me

I went to A&W at the Dixie Mall location. I was the only customer in line. 2 female employees saw me waiting to order and totally ignored me, talking to each other in their language. I waited about 10-15 mins still they continued to look at me and ignore me. Absolutely bad customer service. This is not the first time this has happened. They totally ignore their customers as the line up keeps getting longer, some very angry customers. Also wanted to mention there was a paper cup on the floor and instead of picking it up both of the female employees kept kicking the cup aside- this was today.

Ordered diet root beer. It was the worst I have ever tried. Just taste like water, nothing else. Asked about the quality of the root beer to the service girl, she said this is the best they do have. They have no control over the fountain.

Worst AW ever. Worst staff, they dont make orders as per your specifications, she said no refills when all AWs give drink refills. No sauce in my burgers, she charged me separately when I asked for a combo. Dont go there

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Staff saw us waiting to order and completely ignored us for over 15 mins. We just waited and I asked her if we can order and she told us to wait until she is ready. But she was not doing anything. Just standing around looking and putting away tray in front of me. Then proceeded to give me rude attitude. We ordered spicy chicken habanero and it did not look like one. I have had A&W several times but this was by far the worst!Very poor experience and horrible customer service

Am surprised of size of burgers, they suggested me to go with a Mama burger wich is bigger than Buddy burger but it was so small, but price was good and better than Mc donald.

Never eating here again. I ate half the burger and I look after every bite I take because I’m scared of this happening, all my previous bites were fine, except my last one that I spat out. This is so disgusting and just not right. Not to mention they never use gloves which is also disgusting. I’m never gonna eat at this place again. Overpriced for food that isn’t cooked

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTIMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! THE SANDWICH WAS MORE DRY THAN EGYPT IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER IN THE DESERT! I went back and they told me it's been 2 hours that's why it's dry. I showed them my receipt and it's been half an hour only!! They're very unprofessional and they are rude and they don't even wear gloves while making the sandwiches!! There were no ice in my drink(!!)

We ordered for burger and combo and also ordered for spicy chicken harbenero. There was no harbenero sauce in spicy burger and the female employee was rude. The service is worst.

Ordered Onion rings for $6 and got only 7 in the bag. Asked the East Indian workers behind the counter to add more and they mocked me in their language for pointing out the giant rip off! I received better food and service from other locations. I don't recommend eating at this one!
